Lakefront hotel with a lot of potential, but poorly maintained. Bathroom definitely needs updating; otherwise, the hotel is dated. Breakfast is average, and the lack of restaurant service is a downside. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, a decent base.

I stayed at this hotel for the Sarnico Lovere race and was delighted with both its strategic, central location and the kindness and helpfulness of the owners. The room was comfortable and extremely clean, with a comfortable bed and a varied breakfast. I'm grateful for the kindness they offered me after my request to keep my room until 3:00 PM so I could take a quick shower immediately after the race. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again when I return to Sarnico, which is definitely worth a visit. Recommended

Hotel is a bit dated but the location makes up for it as only used for breakfast, showering and sleeping

No working Air condition in the whole hotel
The air condition did not work, which made the otherwise OK hotel a terrible experience. Since other reviewers report the same thing i really doubt that it is "temporary" and "technician is on the way". In 40 celsius it was a sleepless night even with Windows open.

The place is stunning and the staff of the hotel always willing to help.
There are several places to visit.
You just need to be aware of the limited public transport when out of season.

The view form our room was perfect.
The location is a very good reason to stay at this hotel.

Possibly the worst hotel I've stayed in. We only booked this as a last resort and I'd rather have slept on a park bench. Air con controller broken, and ineffective had to wet towels and lay them on us to sleep. Safe didn't work. Noise from open resturant below incredibly loud, so windows had to be kept closed. Light in bathroom broken, had use vanity light, dangerous at night. Mirror has broken edges, another safety hazard. Breakfast, by 9am most of the food was gone. Tired, over priced, dangerous, avoid, avoid, avoid.

We have had three wonderful days in Sarnico / Hotel Sebino.
Its a beautiful charming hotel directly at the lake. The service is perfect and the breakfast too. We will come back!!!
