We stayed in this little gem for 2 nights. Self check-in was smooth, and well explained via WhatsApp.
The room was beautiful, clean and we were given bottled water each day. The view from our balcony was stunning.
Comfy bed with great pillows.
Breakfast was great quality, coffee was amazing along with pineapple or orange juice. We found all the staff to be really helpful and friendly.
Perfect location, near to amenities, bus stop and lidos.

We would definitely stay here again!

Lakefront hotel with a lot of potential, but poorly maintained. Bathroom definitely needs updating; otherwise, the hotel is dated. Breakfast is average, and the lack of restaurant service is a downside. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, a decent base.

I stayed at this hotel for the Sarnico Lovere race and was delighted with both its strategic, central location and the kindness and helpfulness of the owners. The room was comfortable and extremely clean, with a comfortable bed and a varied breakfast. I'm grateful for the kindness they offered me after my request to keep my room until 3:00 PM so I could take a quick shower immediately after the race. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again when I return to Sarnico, which is definitely worth a visit. Recommended

My husband and I visited this hotel while on a cycle trip to Lake Como. We chose this hotel because the manager kindly let us charge and store our ebikes. The location was perfect. The room had everything that we needed. The bed was very
comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing. Service was excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much.

No working Air condition in the whole hotel
The air condition did not work, which made the otherwise OK hotel a terrible experience. Since other reviewers report the same thing i really doubt that it is "temporary" and "technician is on the way". In 40 celsius it was a sleepless night even with Windows open.

The place is stunning and the staff of the hotel always willing to help.
There are several places to visit.
You just need to be aware of the limited public transport when out of season.

We only booked this as a last resort and I'd rather have slept on a park bench.

Air con controller broken, and ineffective had to wet towels and lay them on us to sleep.

Electrical consumer unit broken cover.

Safe didn't work.

Noise from open resturant below incredibly loud, so windows had to be kept closed.

Light in bathroom broken, had use vanity light, dangerous at night.

Mirror has broken edges, another safety hazard.

Breakfast, by 9am most of the food was gone.

Tired, over priced, dangerous, avoid, avoid, avoid.
