Piedmont, Torino, Via Nizza 9 🧭 Map
My husband and I always stay at this hotel when we come to Turin. The hotel is located a two-minute walk to the train station, metro, bus stops for airport, everything is close. We especially like the attitude towards customers, all the hotel employees are very nice and friendly, always ready to help you. We recommend to everyone
This hotel is a must visit. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and interactive. They've met all of our needs to keep us comfortable. The room was good, but a little basic. The bathroom was very well cleaned and kept. All in all, I look forward to going back again!!!
We stayed here for 2 nights. Lovely room (comfortable bed & large bathroom too!), warm friendly staff, classy common area, good breakfast and convenient location across from train station, which felt safe still. Recommend.
A good place to stay near to Porta Nouva
Cleaning was ok, the bed is comfortable and it's a quiet place to rest. The breakfast is very good and all the staff are really gentle and nice.
Close to train station l, but bad wifi and a little overpriced for the room

Great hotel. The girls at the reception are very nice and professional. The best place for motobikers with a practical parking
Excellent! The room was very spacious and the experience was great.
Historic hotel in a very central location. Comfortable room, varied and good breakfast. Everything was perfect.
Cozy, comfortable, clean. Breakfasts are good, service is helpful and nice. Good place to stay
excellent hotel and environment excellent staff and stay
An excellent hotel in a wonderful city. We stayed in room 110 over the street and the covered market. The suite is very quiet. The staff is very accommodating housekeeping services were excellent. The breakfast hours at 6:30 am accommodate early travelers. Breakfast selection is good, service is great. There is a wide array of coffee. The hotel is convenient to the main piazza. excellent location in a beautiful town with an attentive staff.
This is a nice property that is perfectly situated in Orta San Giulio. They have parking that easy to access and the rooms were nice and very clean. We ate dinner the restaurant there and if we had to do again we would have gotten something in town. Not that it's bad, the service is good however it's a bit pricey for what you get. Overall this is a solid choice that we would be happy to return to.
The hotel is located perfectly and close to the city center. The staff is very friendly and nice. Free parking. Room was clean and comfortable. Very recommended.
Love the place staff very professional and the hotel was very clean the view to the lake from my room just stunning
My husband and I had a lovely stay at Hotel Bussola. First impressions were very positive. Easy access and parking on site. There was an Italian wedding upon our arrival which added to the Italian charm. Check in was hectic but done with a smile. Our room, 310 was to the side of the hotel facing the lake. Nice view spacious and modern. The pool was recently remodelled and really lovely with...
Highly recommended hotel. The service was impeccable and staff friendly. Only thing to put a finger on was the cobwebs in the room and terrace. Apart from that: Great view, peaceful, great food, beautiful pool, helpful and friendly staff. Just a great stay overall.

What a fabulous hotel, great position near the lift (ski in and nearly ski out) lovely bar and fantastic food Caroline couldn’t have been more helpful and all the staff were great
we managed to get a last minute booking for a week in January 2026. The whole team, especially Caroline, were so helpful throughout the week. We were half-board, but they allowed our guests & their dogs) to join us for dinner (at a reasonable cost); arranged for a return taxi share to the airport, etc etc. Our room was spacious, very clean and confortable
Caroline and Renato welcomed our family for Christmas week 2025. We have been coming to the Hotel Stella Aplina since 1997. Everything went like clockwork from the private transfer at the airport to the wonderful hotel stay. We loved the new Alpine themed room refurbishment and the rooms are fab. We had a spacious double room with wrap around balcony overlooking the slope a the Clotes lift. Rooms...
This hotel is the perfect location for a family ski trip. At the foot of the Piste, right by the lift. Friendly staff, friendly bar, very accommodating restaurant, even a small play park for the little-ones, and you can watch them from outside seating area in the sun. All our rooms were large, with balconies and great views. Ski-hire next door, and hotel will sort lift-passes for you. Thank you Caroline...
Me and my ski friends have stayed here many times over the years. Great location, almost next to the Clotes lifts and ski right back to the hotel and the ski shop they own next door. It's a family run hotel and Caroline is a great host who will always go the extra mile to help out and will give you plenty of helpful advice about the ski area and resort. The food is always good and the recently refurbished...
A first class hotel opposite the Clotes lift. The rooms are well appointed with great batbrooms and comfortable beds. The owners and staff are very friendly and welcoming and the ski shop next door also owned by the same family was excellent.

Asti is a old city and buildings as well The hotel was ok, old inside but clean, room was old furnitures but in a good manner, you can see the bathroom has been renovated and was very cleaned. I was satisfied as I cancelled another hotel stay because the staff have been rude by phone call, so I booked Rainero at the last minute. Also has a great central position of Asti CBD. I have been very happy...
Close to the station and close to the historical centre of Asti. Reasonable prices and comfortable room on 2nd floor. A little noisy at night.
Hotel 3⭐in the center of Asti, very convenient for visiting the city and with a free mega park at 200mt. Hotel with very nice and professional Receptionist (with a Spanish accent) excellent welcome and very spacious room (superior with terrace) above average heating ... excellent, note of merit to the cleaning in the room and in general .. truly commendable. All at very attractive prices. Recommended
Very central, clean and nice employees. A bit dated but on the whole a good hotel
Very comfortable hotel, close to the historic center of Asti and the railway station. The structure is starting to look dated but the state of conservation and cleanliness are top notch. Welcoming and professional staff, spacious and fairly quiet rooms. There is no real car park belonging to the Hotel, with the exception of two places for loading and unloading luggage. However, within a few hundred...
Very central hotel and very close to the Asti railway station. Quite nice rooms, good cleaning. Courteous and professional staff. The Hall, the common areas and also the rooms are very pretty, decorated with paintings and works by good artists. To improve, even if quite good, the breakfast. Recommended for those who want to visit the city or stop even for just one night.

stanze piccole ma confortevoli. letto comodo e locazione perfetta per chi si vuole muovere facilmente e velocemente nelle Langhe
Excellent rooms, extremely comfy, clean, amazing pillows. The cheapest best quality for the area.
Parking in front of the entrance is good. Regarding the rooms: 5 working outlets, new furnishings. However, on the second day, they took away my soap and another day, my linens... Wi-Fi is relatively slow. No elevator to the rooms on the second floor.
New and clean environment, but extremely unfriendly welcome. Expensive for the services offered. Be careful to specify the costs clearly to avoid surprises like we did.
The room was clean, nothing to complain about, but you can't have central heating. To heat the room, we had to turn on the bathroom heater and keep the bathroom door open. Honestly, it's not a pleasant solution. Another drawback: there's no elevator, and we were on the second floor. Unfortunately, it wasn't a positive experience.
New and well-maintained hotel. Excellent location for exploring the Langhe. Bathrooms are a bit small and don't have a bidet. Ample on-site parking.

A lovely hotel, great staff, plenty of food, and good beer. It's at the top of a hill, but then that's ok. Nice clean rooms, if a little dated, warm and cozy. I'd definitely come here again
Nice hotel but up steep hill. Plenty of choice of food. Lovely staff. Came for winter walking, found some nice walks but all hilly. Transport links to claviere, bardinechia and sestriere. No cable cars in sauze d'oulx.
We stayed here for our most recent ski trip to Sauze, and we honestly had the most wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. After a day of skiing, we loved relaxing near the bar—playing board games, chatting with other guests, and soaking up the genuinely friendly atmosphere. The staff truly made this place special. Stayed in Hotel Splendid on two separate occasions in winter 24/25. Hotel is great, the food is good with plenty of options and the spa is a great addition after the slopes. There is a hill to walk to get to and from the town but it's really just a 5 minute walk. Once you have your gear there's a shortcut across the way that gets you onto the slopes in a couple minutes. The staff are what make the...
The service at this hotel is second to none, I stay away from home approximately half of the year, typically in Hilton’s or similar and never have I been as impressed by how organised and how far a team will go to look after their guests. Hotel is "essential" but clean, nice, and with whatever you need for your stay. Value for price is great. Breakfast is good. They have an agreement with a ski rental with top service and low prices, so you can store your ski and boots really "on the ski slopes" and walk there (15 minutes) with light shoes, with no car need. Anyway there is a wide parking lot. Also, you can go walking (10 minutes)...
Very pleased with this hotel - excellent value for money. OK the decor is not the latest but it had a lovely cosy feel and very clean as per other reviews. Room was serviced daily to a high standard. Enjoyed the food - plenty of choice for breakfast and a hearty 4 course evening meal with a selection of starters/mains/desserts. The nearest lift is probably about 10 minutes - BUT you can leave skis...
Can't fault the hotel at all! Staff were amazing especially the head waiter! Food choices were varied and fresh, never had a bad meal. You won't go hungry! Rooms, though a little compact, are fully furnished and keeping with the style of building. Bar was friendly and relaxed. Would happily stay again - thanks
Rooms are clean, location is 10mins walking from slopes, breakfast is very basic. Those are the bright sides, all the other aspects (room size, noise etc etc) are on the down side. Overall is an old hotel not very close to slopes with small rooms and not many attention to details. Fine for a short stay. People are nice and they are willing to take care of you
Great little hotel which suited our needs perfectly for a skiing holiday. Food is good & plentiful. Staff are very friendly & accommodating. Nice Hotel & helpful staff. Included breakfast was nice with breads, yogurt, fresh fruits, cold cereal , cold cuts etc. Pool is very small. Good location & rooms w/balcony have nice view of the lake or there is a seating area on roof as well
I've stayed in Baveno several times and this hotel is by far and away the best hotel that I have been fortunate enough to stay at here. Great location, very secure parking, very pleasant staff and breakfast is ok. I would definitely recommend this hotel
Cozy and somewhat simple hotel nicely situated in Baveno close to the church and the promenade. The pool area is quite small so you shouldn’t plan on taking a day by the pool. Fine breakfast however nothing fancy. You have the possibility to park outside in the private parking area or in the garage. The room we stayed in was quite small but suitable for one night.
Nice hotel with a very small pool area, but great service and comfortable rooms for one or two night. Private parking.
One thing to point out about this hotel is - it’s basic and no frills but it has everything you need for a great stay in Lake Maggiore. I would advise paying the extra for a lake view room as it’s totally worth it - the views are amazing! The staff at the hotel are extremely helpful and welcoming. Hearty and tasty food, perfect for a ski lunch. The pasta was incredible, I went back the next day and had soup which was also great. Very nice pizzas and food. Friendly staff. The service Charge is kind of bullshit though. It's one thing to give a tip... Another thing to pay 6 euros for 2 people when I have to go to the counter and pay anyway.
Just tried the the restaurant while skiing, came 3 days, very good pizza, and pasta, ideal for noon break, ideally located in the middle of the domain, with direct access to ropeways seats, and the slope back to town.
Really good pizza but slow service. This review is based on stopping for lunch. The restaurant is in a busy area with 3 other restaurants and nearby chair lifts.
