Old hotel. Very kind staff. Small single room. No air condition. Newly renovated bathroom (my colleagues bathroom was not newly renovated). Low water pressure in the shower. The room had a perfume pot - I put it on the balcony! Breakfast was ok. The view from the balcony was a backyard. Silent outside at night.

Too bad it's closed, the staff you met are always polite, polite and helpful. This intermittent renovation does not help to maintain relationships with customers who have frequented hotels for years. Sin !!! Really very sad !!!

It is quiet an old hotel, but it's clean. My room was next to a main road with a rubber road bump. Cars drove with speed over the bump which causes two loud bangs every time and that most of the night.

Great Location and very friendly staff ! Breakfast very nice and great quality ! The price of the hotel was good however the room was basic but I was very happy for the price I paid . Great shower and large bathroom on suite ! 8 mins walk to Arona station and moments to lake maggoire …
