We lived one week, all were nice except cleanings of room! Nice were food, breakfast, friendly stuff, sea, spa! In 7 days even one time cleaners didn't wash floors.. we sleep on full of dust room 724, 1st day I fold down my ear ring to floor and when took my all hand were on dust, but I hoped next will be washed, unfortunately it not happen till leave. The place is beautiful and staff is nice and friendly. However, the quality of service is not up to them. It could be suitable for a three stars hotel, not for a four one. Good place, fine people... The only annoying thing is that so called "disco" that was not updated since 2008... Same tracks repeat each and every day... If your looking for a spot of luxury then here is the place. Facilities galore and acres of space lots of accommodation choice. The villas in the palm enclosure are quiet and really comfy. At least 3 large pools and lots of sporting choice as well. Access to the private beach is easily in walking distance from main complex. Well worth a visit if you want to spoil yourself.

The Hotel was extremely nice. Employess were so nice and friendly. They had their own beach and there were a lot of other activities like tennis which you could do there. The food was also amazing. Just the cleaning service was not that nice because we didn't get enough towels and toilet paper, but when we asked them we got more so it was okay.

I have stayed in the hotel the 5th time with a break of 4 years from the previous visit. This time I noticed a lot of improvements: cottages have been renovated, more cosy places arranged, new sunbasing zones have been created along the beach with fixed umbrellas. The only thing that needs improvement is Wi-Fi and 4G mobile network coverage on the territory of the resort and indoors.

This hotel is not a 5-star establishment in terms of design, facilities, or food. We were served reheated fries, the dinner is meager, and the staff watches the guests as if they were under surveillance, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. Additionally, if you want to swim, you don't have access to the sea, as there are no organized beaches nearby, except at quite a distance. I wouldn't stay there again

The staff is exceptional. The prices of certain drinks are incomprehensible. One Aperol with orange juice costs €22. One espresso costs €5, OK. A double espresso (everything is the same as a single espresso: 1 cup, saucer, spoon, one serving, 1 piece of chocolate): €10.
