Very friendly staff. Good location. Room floors were not super clean but overall the room was good. The rooftop restaurant has a stunning all around view.

Great location!!! Walking distance to all the tourist attractions. Palermo is magical.Breakfast on the roof with spectacular views.

Great location, spotlessly clean, amazing views.
Great location, close to the main sights. The roof top restaurant gives incredible 360° views over the city and surrounds.

Liked the rooftop venue. Breakfast was limited . No yogurts, no variety of fruits , orange juice was more like orange drink . Bed was way too hard and pillows flat. Safe too small for ipad or laptop.

Such a nice stay in Palermo. The hotel was lovely. Nice rooftop restaurant that served breakfast and dinner, great views. Had 24hr reception which was another plus. Would recommend

Dominico and Laura at reception awesome! Friendly and helpful.
Room was good, but Wi-Fi was not very good and the air-conditioning in our room was not great, room 302
But that was likely a glitch that we didn’t complain about as we were comfortable with the room. Walking distance to train, restaurants and shopping were great!

Great stay!
Excellent location, clean room, Rita at the front desk was great. Breakfast was just ok. View from the roof was spectacular. I would stay here again!

Fantastic roof top breakfast, Palermo viewing, dinner and cocktails. Gym needs work but rooms are nice and location is perfect for restaurants and historic buildings, walking tours. Parking is 3 blocks away

14.06.2025 Glenn

Restaurant poor selection and way overpriced.
Roof top bar cool, but attracted a certain type of crowd, more concerned with style than content.

09.06.2025 Sarah

Comfortable room (once I’d worked out how to use the air conditioner remote control!) really well located a short walk from the railway station and very accessible for walking throughout the historical centre. Decent breakfast in the rooftop restaurant/bar - just wonderful views. Treated ourselves to drinks and dinner in the restaurant one evening - special.
