Hotel La Piazza in Panarea Village

My girlfriend and I were wanting something comfortable, friendly, and located somewhere where we could feel like locals and be near all the action. We had an amazing time and felt at home. It was also a warm time of year and the cold air conditioning in the room was a miracle each day and night. The room was perfect for us to recover and relax so we could make the most of our adventurous days. Lastly, all of the staff were so friendly, kind, and understanding.

Best hotel in Panarea
Amazing hotel, I loved every minute of it! The pool is salt water, the bar is great, the room was spacious. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, I am definitely coming back again. I highly recommend staying here, it also has an amazing location.

We stayed in the La Piazza spontaneous for one night to do an evening tour with the speeboat to Stromboli. So while we cannot judge the restaurant or the food (we had to leave early in the morning again to catch the ferry), we sure can provide feedback for the hotel: if you let them know your time of arrival, someone will pick you up at the harbour with the golf cart for free. However, the walk itself takes less than 5 minutes so it may mainly depend on the amount of luggage you have. The hotel has a very nice pool with a stunning view and a pool bar. Our room also had a nice view of the bay and a small balcony. The only real downside was that even though we've mentioned our early departure when checking-in, there was no one there from management and the rest of the staff is not allowed to check you out so we nearly missed our ferry (and we speak here of the 0800 ferry)

This hotel has become my home away from home in Italy, and I come here every year. It literally adds happiness to my heart and body - what more can I say? Lydia the owner is like my Italian mama now, and the past few years I've really enjoyed getting to know her son Eduardo too. The setting is spectacular, the pool is lovely, and the staff is just great. This year I had a few small issues with my room, but I know they will take care of those. Breakfast is so fun, and the view from the terrace looking over the sea is from my dreams. This is a special place in the world - enjoy!
