Great location and a very spacious room. It was the perfect place for our one-night stay. There is a covered parking lot (Parcheggio Talete) for $15 per 24 hours, just a 10-minute walk from the b&b.

Difficult to locate; no parking. No twin room available so had to have two rooms for myself and daughter. Very steep stairs to access rooms…….. thankfully helped by manager.

This is a great location at the Ortigia region of Syracuse, charming but inconvenient if you have a car. You need to have you car taken to a parking place outside of the island (25 euro per day). Place is small but clean and cute.

The room was clean and roomy and the breakfast had a lot of choices, but what impressed me the most was the service especially when I called the hotel when my rental car broke down two hours away and they arranged for a car to pick me up. That is service above and beyond.

All good but everything was good and Leila at the reception was so nice and helpful. I booked a 3 bed room but got 2 single beds (room 122 as far as I remember, next to the reception) and the toilet does not flush properly. all in all, I'm happy with this hotel.

The room and the bedroom were spacious and clean. The staff were friendly. The price was good. The hotel is a little bit far from Ortigia, and it takes about 25 minutes to walk to the cathedral. But it is close to the bus terminal and the train station. And, because of the location, it was quiet at night. Overall, the hotel is good.

There's no safe, no slippers. I expected more from a 4* hotel. The host is very nice.

Lovely, quiet spot about 8km outside Siracusa. Spacious 2 bedroom apartment was thoroughly cleaned every day. We were served a simple but tasty continental breakfast daily in an outside communal area. Lovely pool and direct access to the sea. Best regarded as self catering rather than " hotel". The local supermarket sells delicious home made Sicilia food which I'd highly recommend.

Did a quick baggage drop off today and they were simply spectacular when we came back for a bags they offer coffee for free and we were very intentive and we had a bottle of wine that we had brought back and they offered us to use our tables to sit down and dry our wineDefinitely a class act definitely not something I’m used to when you’re directly across the train station.

We spent a night at this beautiful hotel and loved it! The hotel is located in a pedestrianized part of the island, just a 2 minute walk from where you can get dropped off by car or taxi. Beautiful rooms and excellent quality products! An easy walk to the center of Ortigia itself, as well as to the Castello Maniace (which is a must visit in itself).

Room,staff, food , all very good. . The central atrium carried noise into the room late at night, the restaurant clear up and staff voices were very loud. Someone’s phone also went off in the middle of the night , again these noises woke us. The only other negative would be the charge for the hot tub at €50 per hour. We were really fortunate to find a free parking spot right by the hotel where we just left the car for 3 days. Note that the hotel occupies the upper floors of the building. It is well marked, but you have to find the 2 buzzers next to the big wooden door, and press the bottom button to get buzzed in. We loved it and would stay there again.

The breakfasts were ok. The double room is very small, but the balcony is quite spacious. The bathroom door was broken, deformed, and didn't close at all. Don't be surprised by the mustachioed nighttime guests in this bathroom (cockroaches). The maids seem to be diligent in cleaning the room, but the bathroom definitely needs repairs, and one of the power outlets is loose in the wall.

We have waited for 15 mins outside the accommodation which no one is inside. There isn’t any check-in details provide for us when we arrive and we have to call the owner to wait for her arrival to check in. The room is nice and clean. However, the location is a bit too far from the city centre. There’s a bus stop nearby but there is only a single bus each hour.

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The entrance can be hard to find, but you have to go inside the building in order to reach the hotel, from there you can ring their doorbell or just give them a phone call. I definitely recommend this place!

This property is wonderful.. it's out in the country. Probably 20 miles from Saracusa, And that is what the issue is: If you drive to the property, no problem at all. But if you take a taxi, be prepared to exist on only the breakfast that they offer. This was the most beautiful property! The photos looked good, but they don’t do it justice. Exquisite. Booked this last minute. Had a lovely stay. Room was small but comfortable, had everything we needed. Everything was very clean. Staff were helpful and breakfast was good. Just okay We chose this hotel as it was a bit outside of the main centers of Syracuse and Ortigia. However, we were disappointed that they did not allow us to check in early, even though it was only about an hour to check-in time. Comfortable accommodation and wonderful service Franco was very helpful and kind. He took care of our request immediately. Isabella also very kind and helpful. We brought some food from the outside and ate at the breakfast area. Isabella immediately provided dishes and silverware for us. Not only that she also offered to warm up the soup.
