It's a simple yet meticulously maintained property, with a family atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at home. The owners, a kind and helpful couple, welcome you with great courtesy and attention. Breakfast is plentiful. The rooms are clean and tidy, perfect for a peaceful stay. Excellent value for money, I highly recommend it to anyone seeking authenticity and sincere hospitality.

We have waited for 15 mins outside the accommodation which no one is inside. There isn’t any check-in details provide for us when we arrive and we have to call the owner to wait for her arrival to check in.

The room is nice and clean. However, the location is a bit too far from the city centre. There’s a bus stop nearby but there is only a single bus each hour.

The room was clean, but the fridge and air conditioning were a bit noisy. The host was friendly. The distance from Ortigia Island isn't excessive, but the traffic to get there and parking are hard to find.

Great value and welcoming host for breakfast. Easily walkable to the sights of Siracusa and ortegia. Clean, comfortable and nice bathroom facilities.

Spacious, decent room and standard external bathroom. Breakfast was nothing special, but pleasant on the terrace. It would be nice to have water available in the room upon arrival, especially with the current temperatures. The host is very responsive via message.

Nice b&b in a convenient location. Clean and cozy rooms, friendly and helpful staff! Very good breakfast served on the terrace which enjoys a beautiful view! Wonderful stay, we had a great time!

The distance from the station isn't close, but the room was reasonably priced, the size was decent, and the interior was tidy. There is free parking. I recommend it.

Large and clean quadruple room. Bad breakfast, indeed shameful, a croissant with ricotta cut into three, we were 4 adults and some biscuits
