Royal Maniace Hotel in Syracuse

Let's share the bad points first. Parking is very difficult there and since I AM DISABLED OVER 80%.As we arrived I was happy to park just close to the hotel. I did not noticed the parking was limited to 15 MN but I immediately asked at the reception is I was allowed to stay during the night, The portier went outside checked the car and said yes. Fine. In the afternoon I got 2 phone calls in the room, even rude, asking me to move the car. They would call the police to make a fine... I slept as they called with morphine, anesthetics and muscle relaxants. No solution was offered. I had to drive twice around the area and "walk" for 1km4..A shame for a four star hotel.
Noise we checked in our 2 rooms the noise of the air conditioning. Room116 and 118..The noise is 68 and 70 Db.
During the night below the hotel, young people were playing drums on the beach until early morning. I HAD TO USE HEARPLUGS. even if the windows are thick.
Good points. Fantastic location, good looking rooms, very nice people EXCEPT THE RUDE ONE. The breakfast buffet was good. Therefore We give a note of three stars.
