The hotel is okay for the prices they charge. Breakfast is decent, nothing special but enough to start the day. The staff is not the most helpful or friendly, which can affect the overall experience.
Rooms are clean, but don’t expect everything to look like the photos online. The building is old, and you can clearly notice dampness in some of the rooms.

It‘s near the sea. Property is simple but very nice. Breakfast was delicious. The Staff helped with every kind of need and took great care of us.

We just had a one night stay here. First of all, the staff was utterly friendly! Very helping and kind people. The room and the dining area were clean and we had a basic breakfast experience in a cozy enviroment. The rooms were anything but soundproof, though and they used well taken pictures to show the bedrooms :)
Summed up it's a 3.5 with a bonus for the friendly staff! :)

They have a small nice garden, and very friendly staff but room needs to be improved. Leaking the water because of the rain, insects can enter from the window since it doesn’t have a proper cover, but not the big ones just mosquitoes and fries. Location is closer to the beach by car quasi 10mins and that was very beautiful, but difficult place for parking.

Although the structure is dated they are making improvements for the modernization of the same. The service, cleanliness and food are comfortably in line with a 3 star, certainly well above a two star. We have been helped in the management of the movements (both inside the island and back to the continent) and we have also come against us for other small needs.

The morning bufet is not very stocked with fresh food, for dinner too much time passes from the first to the second. Even for the evening buffet you need to be among the first otherwise there is nothing left. For the bathroom needs to be refurbished like the rooms. The name does not fully reflect expectations. Housekeeping is also not the best. The staff very polite and helpful.

Very basic, but clean hotel. With a little more organization and a keen eye, it could receive an extra star. The spaces in the corner of the breakfast buffet are poorly thought out, because they do not allow access to more than two people at a time. Average breakfast variety, in line with the stars of the Hotel. In case of need to leave suitcases, jackets etc. beyond the check-out time, there is no special wardrobe or hanger, but only one small sofa where it is difficult to separate your belongings with that of other guests. Rooms a little old and quite basic, like a two-star hotel.

We stayed in the hotel from 24 to 28 May 2022. We knew the hotel from having previously been there with the old management. Today everything has changed for the worse! STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED HOTEL! The worst stay we could ever imagine. The property is very dated and everything needs to be revised: starting from the patchy bathrooms, to the rooms with old and dirty beds, not to mention the carpeting in the common spaces which are simply gross. Speaking of the welcome I must point out that the guy at the reception was always courteous but clearly at the first hotel experience. The same goes for the maid who also took care of the cleaning ... During our stay, the hotel also hosted a school of very rude and annoying high school students until late at night, accompanied by teachers who do not deserve the function they hold. The hotel management has not been able in any way to remedy this situation. Do not be fooled by the high-sounding title "PFA Grand Hôtel Ginevra", an ancient saying goes: forewarned, forearmed ...
