The property was beautiful, the gardens and the pool were well kept and provided many opportunities for relaxing. The staff and their service were amazing, always eager to help with any questions about the local area. My one wish would be that their were hot drink making facilities for guests, especially in the evening.

"Charming Tuscan Villa with Stunning Pool and Grea
A beautiful villa with a stunning pool area. The clear highlight of the place is the beautiful pool. Plants and flowers surround it, and you can enjoy views of Tuscany’s picture-perfect valley.

The villa itself is cozy and full of charm. Everything was spotless, and the garden has several tables and chairs where you can sit and enjoy, for example, a glass of wine.

The service was excellent! You were even given a phone number where you could send a request to have small bites and drinks brought to the pool (even though they didn't have offical bar).

In my opinion, the value for money was fair. You can also walk into the town of Impruneta in 15–20 minutes, which makes the location even more enjoyable.

We had a fabulous time! The residence is perfectly located to enjoy the stunning Tuscan countryside while being just a stone’s throw from the region’s most beautiful cities and charming villages. The team was incredibly kind and always available to help. Highly recommended! 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Residenza Il Colle. Everything was just perfect, starting with the reception when Claudia was very cordial and made us feel so welcome, to the breakfast that was incredibly copious and delicious, the magical views of Florence and beyond, the rooms were spacious, clean and beautiful, and of course the property is pristine and impeccably landscaped along with a gorgeous infinity pool to cool off after beautiful days of sightseeing. All in all just such a memorable and magnificent stay.

Authentic high-end Villa with just a dozen rooms. We went with staff recommendations for most of our restaurant visits in the surrounding villages. In each single case we got excellent value for money. Ordering drinks at the pool via WhatsApp was a new experience for me but it worked surprisingly well.

Claudia and the rest of the staff were so welcoming and supportive of our needs. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It was a perfect homebase for our day trips to nearby towns and places. You will not be disappointed. And the views!!! Can’t wait to go back soon.

The residence is fabulous. We had a destination birthday celebration and booked the entire residence. There were 18 guests. Rooms are great, clean and spacious enough for one's needs! Location is fabulous with excellent valley and mountain views. Truly spectacular. Friendly staff and great hosts in Sabina and Claudia who try and make your stay more comfortable. Full variety of breakfast with cold cuts, cheeses, bread, pastries, fruits and cereals. One thing I would probably change is to provide a variety of nuts (Almonds, Walnuts, Pecans, etc.), dried fruits, flax seeds, hemp hearts, raisins so guests can choose in making their own combination. The cereals are boxed cereals some of which have chocolate which is not a choice for breakfast for everyone. Other than that, fabulous and would highly recommend staying at a wonderful residence.

I travelled to Florence for a two day quick trip. This is the best choice of stay I have ever made. The property was serene, beautiful and quiet with a good view. It is a 10- 15 minute drive from the city center of Florence. On top of all this, the receptionist, Claudia is the best i have met. She was super welcoming, helpful, suggested places to visit and tips, allowed for my earlier checkin as i arrived way earlier and coordinated all the transportation i needed. She’ll basically be a friend by the time you leave. I highly recommend staying here for any solo traveller and even better couples. This will be my home in Florence✅
