The hotel was Very clean and modern amid it is a restored old building. It is located on one-Çar-street alley just across the bridge.
Bringing heavy luggage from the station to the hotel is very energy-draining so we end up call a taxi when back to the station and cost us about 35euro.
The room are spacious, we are party of three and got a room with no view. During the Sunday night, we still can hear loud music from its neighbors (I think it’s a pub) until 11 o’clock. But never mind though we bring 3 years old that very sensitive to loud sound. We were dead tired already.
There is a kichenette in the room but strangely not included in the cleaned facilities. We should living the kitchennete cleaned or it will be fined (I forgot, may be 50 or 100 euros).
My biggest complain was the wifi. It didn’t worked at all. Saw the wifi router near to the eleveator was the old model (the newest one didn’t switched on), and I guess one floor one wifi router so in some rooms the signal was patchy. I found a spot that wifi worked, inside the toilet.
But it was nice stay. Bed is clean, pillow is too hard.

The kind manager recommended restaurants and gelato shops. Every place was lovely and the food was delicious. The hotel room was also clean and well-appointed. It was comfortable. It was also nice that there were two showers and two toilets.

This hotel is perfect for family of 4, there is az2nd story with separate bath rooms. Very clean, and comfortable. Love this place.

I arrived late on the first day and almost missed check-in. However, the staff were incredibly kind and helped me out, which I really appreciated. My only complaint is that the parking lot they recommended was far too expensive.

Good location, quiet and rather convenient - 20min walk (a rather bumpy one though because of the rich streets) or two bus stops from Santa Maria Novella (Florence train station), 15m from Santa Maria Duomo and Galleria Academia, and 10m from Uffizi. There are also plenty nice restaurants, gelataria, and bars in the area, for which you only have to follow recommendations from the host and google map :)

The room was clean, well equipped with a full kitchen and bathroom. However the mattress was too soft and gave us lower back pain especially when we were walking 15k steps everyday.

It's a really large apartment, 50 square meters in total, which is quite large in Europe. The location is also great, quiet in a busy area. The hustle and bustle of the other side of the river won't disturb the guests at all. You can experience the local customs and culture of Italy by crossing the bridge. The room has a kitchen, stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, and bowls and chopsticks are also provided. If you eat too much Italian food, you can come back and make a Chinese meal to satisfy your craving. It was a pleasant surprise.

It's located 15 mins from the train station, walkable distance. The room is quite spacious and clean. The staff is extremely friendly, and assist you in anything, and share what's good around the neighborhood. Love this place, will definitely come back.

The hotel's air conditioning needs improvement. We noticed it wasn't cold enough on our first night, so we asked to borrow a fan. The staff were very friendly and quickly resolved our issue. However, the hotel is a bit far from the train station. If you have a lot of luggage, you'll need to book a taxi from the hotel to the train station, which will incur a 10-euro surcharge. The fare is only 10 euros, but with the surcharge, the total cost is 20 euros! However, there are many good restaurants near the hotel!
