Very nice place! Great location, cool bars & restaurants very close and not far from the attractions. Clean and nice rooms.

The apartment has two bedrooms each with en-suite including a shower. It’s clean spacious and bright. It’s very close to a very good restaurant and a very good pasticceria (for breakfast). The owner is attentive and very responsive. The lady who was our contact the day before (Valentina) was very helpful and gave info on how to get to the airport and left luggage options and where to buy truffles. Excellent location, slightly away from centre but quieter and better for it. A good find

A great vacation apartment in a location (quiet one-way street) in Florence where everything you need to do is within walking distance. Very friendly and accommodating communication with the two hosts (father and son) (English and Italian are easily available). A welcome with a bottle of Chianti. Two bathrooms (great if you have teenagers with you), two air conditioners (important this summer ;-)). All appliances worked, and the apartment was clean. What more could you want for a family vacation? Only that you could extend it – there's still so much to see in Florence and the surrounding area...

This was our second stay at Gina Guest House for a special occasion, and we couldn't have asked for anything better. The apartment is well-maintained and very welcoming. The furnishings make it truly unique. Located in a quiet area yet a 10-minute walk from the center, it offers every comfort. The owner was extremely kind and available for any eventuality, making us feel at home. It was truly a pleasure, and Florence is beautiful.
