+ Wonderful hotel and location. Conveniently located within walking distance from most sights. The room was newly renovated. Private bathroom. The A/C was wonderful. Staff were very friendly.
- The pillows provided are very thin and do not support the head/neck. Unfortunately, parking is not provided. You'll find a few garages close by for 25 euro a night.

Great location for walking a little to the Centro, lovely modern rooms, helpful and friendly staff, spotlessly clean, wonderful breakfast at bar in Piazza Santa Croce (with super pastries).
Had a great week in Florence and Blu Notte, is ideally located for all the sights, loads of bars and restaurants close by.
All the staff were extremely friendly and the accommodation was lovely and clean.

Highly recommended. Went there in June after a friend recommended it. great location , great team at the front office super helpful ,clean, close to everything ...and right in front of a supermarket. Loved it..we are in the hospitality line of work kind of a critic especially leaving here in Orlando FL

Very close to all the sights as well grocery store for snacks and wine. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was the smallest they have but perfect size for my wife and I after long day of travel. VERY clean room, common area, including sheets and towels. Air conditioning in room that worked very well. I would recommend this place to everyone. It was a nice break from the hassle of AirBnb to come here and not have to worry about coordinating with host, cleaning up after, surprises along the way...
This hotel is not bad but not great.
Pros:
-The staff was very friendly and the check-in was easy.
- the room was very clean and we had our own washroom which was very nice.
- the hotel was very well situated in the city.
Cons:
- Pretty much no breakfast, which is weird for a bed and breakfast. They sell you vouchers that cost 3.50 euros per person for a different breakfast location. Not worth it.
- they don’t replace your towels. Only gets replaced if you’re staying longer than 3 days, which is too long in my opinion. Costs money to replace towels.
- coffee machine gets turned off at weird times, why not keep it on all the time for guests?
-alot of construction sounds and loud noises were going on through the night and was hard to sleep.
Would I stay again? Probably. Good value for price.

Beautiful hotel with nice room and everything inside (bed,shower,tv...) owner (Marco) is very kind and good person, want to help with anything u need. Hotel is close to all historical monuments and breakfast near hotel (voucher from Marco) is big and tasty. All in all, 5* for sure. Greetings from Croatia
Our hotel room was exactly the same shown in pictures. Super clear, great service and will definitely be going back. Recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit florence. Honestly could have not asked for a better location, STAFF and room. Thank you for the outstanding service Blu Notte Guest House!!!
Very good position, close to the Dome, very clean rooms, modern, very comfortable beds, all in all a very good experience
Friendly welcome, early check in at no charge, free coffee, fantastic continental breakfast (locals cafe), very large room, great location and clean.
On the downside quite nosy - combination of water pipes and late night goers (Saturday only).
