Was booked with breakfast on voucher but didn't get any breakfast, just to coffee capsules to do yourself some coffee.

Lovely traditional building, conveniently located, breakfast provided by cafe around the corner which also had gluten free options at an extra cost

Overall, I really like this property. It’s like an apartment that you check in and have a nice day at. It was very clean and really was comfortable. The beds were nice also. You’re not going to get a hotel like feel or pools to swim in. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was conveniently close to the railway station, while remaining outside the busiest part of the centre.
The room was clean, albeit infested by mosquitoes.
The separate bathroom was across a lobby, clean, and crammed.
The included breakfast was a voucher for coffee and croissant at a corner bakery.

Central location, low-level service
Small hotel centrally in Florence. Just a few rooms with an unmanned reception. Quite nice location. The cleaning lady was there in the morning to also man the reception. I had to call beforehand to find out how to enter upon arrival. Due to nobody around I could only get an iron the day after. Breakfast served at a nearby and modern café. State of hotel fine and room spacious.

Front office super friendly. It is a shared apartment though and restroom was not attached to room. Aside from that everything was great

We had a really pleasant stay in Ridolfi guest House - it was spacious and comfortable, clean and nice. The owner was very kind host, she made us excellent breakfast and coffee every morning. The apartment is located near the city center - around 5-7 minutes walk and it has different options for public transportation.

Kind host, rooms are a bit simple, no coffee or anything much, parking was also mentioned as private but you need to pay quite a lot for it (and it’s through another business).

It was just perfect! We arrived late, and the hosts still welcomed us warmly and gave us all instructions absolutely stressfree.
The room and bed were extremely comfortable and a good breakfast with tea/coffee, bread, croissant, butter, marmelade and honey was serves directly to our room.
And to top it all off, the price was completely fine.
