Very nice location and best service from Franco & Donnate(?). Nesspresso and still water provision were key element for the satisfaction. With nice view over the window with roof view, it makes more spacious and free when opening the window, listening to the church bell ringing to feel the Firenze mood!

Impeccable location, all major attractions are within 20mins walk max. Room is cozy and spacious with everything you need. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Would highly recommend!

The location is excellent, and the room is beautiful! The restaurant recommended by the host is fantastic! The only downside is that the air conditioning in the room doesn't heat up, and the hot water from the water heater is limited, so it's a bit cold to shower at night when the temperature drops.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay. Location was amazing. Beds were so comfy I'd like to take them home! AC worked well. Nice and quiet area while also being steps from the Duomo.

Highly recommend staying here. 11 min walk from the train station. The entrance is directly beside the Hard Rock Cafe so was tricky to find initially but now really easy to get back to.

This property was located in the heart of the city of Florence. Everything from restaurants, shopping and tourist spots are within short walking distance.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned every day. Communication is mainly done thru Whatsapp, and detailed responses are given right away.

I highly recommend this property if you want to enjoy exploring the city of Florence.
