The lights in the toilet and shower room didn't work, but it didn't cause any real harm. The single bed was a little small. The air conditioning worked well. The breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. It was quiet throughout the night, so I slept soundly. It's about a 10-minute walk from the tourist spots. The reception staff were friendly and it was a good value hotel. Thank you very much.

Great hotel in the historical center with panoramic views of the city.

The location is not bad, but far from the main attractions. Excellent breakfast, enough until lunch. What I didn't like - the audibility from the next room, someone was constantly coughing and watching TV loudly, because of this I slept badly. Another minus for me was a very small shower, the toilet is right under the shower, I would not stay at this hotel a second time. A good view from the window and breakfast outweighed the minuses.

The hotel is good, clean, breakfast is normal, coffee, croissants, yogurt, what else do you need..., there is a lift!, there is a supermarket and a pizzeria nearby.
1 km from the train station, a 20-25 minute walk, if you have suitcases it is not very convenient, the road is paved with stones, suitcases do not move very well. I liked everything.

Great location, very close to the cathedral! Good service but the facilities are old and the breakfast is not very varied.

The place is very near from everything, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is very delicious, the room is very big and clean and the bathroom is very clean as well.

It was a very pleasant stay, although I didn't get to spend much time in the hotel as I was just in Florence for one night, breakfast was nice with variety of choices, staff were friendly and can speak English, room was clean, AC was working perfectly, everything including the duomo was in walkable distance (only like 10 mins walk to the duomo).
I had to leave the room key to the reception everytime
I leave the hotel which felt a bit strange at first, however apparently this is a norm there as my brothers who were staying at another hotel at the time had to do the same as well.
Last but not least, you can have a fantastic view of the city at rooftop of hotel, especially nice to see the sunrise!
Will definitely stay here again, highly recommended!
