This hotel is almost like a museum. We choose this hotel due to its being on the center of attractions. Conveniently located, enough breakfast for the morning and run by beautiful people. There is also some apartments inside where people live and they are ‘privado’, so don’t enter by mistake like me.

Terrible experience! Cancelled my room 3 days before arriving, told he I would he refunded in 7 days and have never refunded me, ignored my messages! I have now taken legal action as this hotel clearly does this often! Absolute shambles! Avoid at all costs!

I stayed with my wife last year(July 2023) in this hotel for a couple of days. Yesterday, more than a year after, we saw a charge, greater than the fee of our stay, to our card from this hotel without any reason!! We doubted the charge to our bank but if this doesn't work we will proceed to a complain to local police.

Do not book they are scammers they copy your card details and help themselves to your account. They also stole my purse from the room. They had taken over £700 from my account over 4 transactions. Spanking back to our original visit. When you try to contact them they hang up and block your number.

Oh, and don‘t worry if you don‘t have what to eat at your breakfast, you have your own mushrooms in your room! 😡

In May 2024 I booked a 4-night stay for July 2024 at this property via Booking with the option to change or cancel within 7 days of travelling. However, the whole amount was immediately charged to my credit card and they have been ignoring my requests to give me a refund ever since. I strongly advise you not to book with them.

The place is just 10 min away by walking from Pise Centale train station. The room was so pretty and furnished with old style, clean; bed was very comfortable. It's the smallest but useful and cuties room I have ever had. There was a working air conditioner as well. Except the noise from outside in the early morning (around 6am), everything was good. The person in the reception is also kind, helpful and Cheery.
The place is just around 1 km away to Pisa Tower. By 15 min walking to Sesta Porto bus station, in around 30-40 min you can arrive the amazing Tirrenia beach! What can I say more, i don't know but I really enjoyed! Highly recommended!

The owners are delightful and put on a magnificent breakfst, the staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are very clean and confortable with a boutiqe Italian BnB vibe. Great location, you feeal right in the midst of life, the best and most affordable resturants, a short walk from everything. Millie my 8year old daughter was treated like a princess buy the staff, she was sad to leave them.?

Very small rooms, very dark, not clean., very noisy at night. Very expensive for very low standards. Do not reserve superior rooms - not worth the money at all. The only positive is a good location.

Great location for the city but Very noisy location. No iron. Hot water very hit and miss. 3 star at best.
