A good choice for a short stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, service is friendly, and overall the hotel delivers well for its 3-star rating, even if it’s not brand new.

What could be improved? We booked a lake-view room, but in the morning the windows were so dirty that they spoiled the otherwise romantic view. Also, the shower ventilation was surprisingly noisy. Still, these are minor issues compared with the overall pleasant experience.

The room was very clean, great shower. The staff were so accomodating as a solo traveller they made me feel very welcome.

Fair price for what you get. Off the beaten path, older hotel. We stayed in a 3 person room which was larger than others, breakfast was included and quiet good. There's a pool and a restaurant that we didn't have a chance to visit. Overall, if you've got a car and don't mind being a bit far from tourists attractions- it's a solid place.

Old building and everything you can expect of a 80' build.
Plenty of parking, short drive to Lucca.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The building is in dire need of renovation; much of the furniture is worn or broken. The room smelled musty and moldy, the paint on the walls was peeling, and it was neither dust-free nor hair-free. The general cleanliness and maintenance completely fell short of our expectations. Those who value hygiene and comfort should not book here.

The receptionist was incredibly helpful for knowing transit stations and calling taxis. But we only had to do this because to walk to the closest train station you would need to walk on the side of a highway so our only choice was to taxi and uber(when there was someone available) Other than that, the room was pretty clean but the shower was a single stream of water so it was obviously in need of some fixing.

I led a group of 46 adults and students on a school trip. We stayed here March 21-22, 2025. It was a nice location and close enough to get to tourist attractions. The staff were very helpful. The meal we had one night at the hotel was rated high by all of our group. Breakfast was good too. The rooms were clean.

I liked the location at the lake. The personal was friendly. The rooms reasonably clean, except for the windows.
Its old, and because of old age things like the shower is not as clean as you would like.
