Stayed at this hotel for a school trip.
The hotel was tired but the facilities were all that we needed.
Everything was clean and the beds were made daily. The towels were very thin and not at all absorbent, so I would recommend bringing your own!
The breakfast selection was limited. Dinner was fresh and a wide range of food was served but the service itself was very slow.
The staff were friendly at all interactions, and there was somebody at reception 24/7.
The hotel is an okay walking distance from local supermarkets and the town square.

Very run down, not looking very great, seems to lack hygiene a bit. Very uncomfortable smell, very weird feeling to this place.

Contrary to previous posts, there were no bed bugs or rats. Rooms were clean. We had a student group traveling so we had 25 rooms. The only issue was one AC unit not working properly. Asked management to fix it but it still didn’t work. Asked to change rooms and were told “no”. That was the only negative we ran into. The location was not wonderful (some run down/falling down buildings nearby), but we never felt unsafe.

I recently stayed here with a big group of people and it reached a good standard. It is a typical Italian hotel from the 80’s. Decor is dated but it had character.
Nothing really fancy but it was clean.
The bedrooms were clean and the mattresses were all new.
The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful in my opinion.
We also had a group dinner here and it was again good.
Only 1 A/C out of the 25 rooms that our group occupied didn’t really run well and didn’t fully chill down the room.
All in all. Good for a student group. Staying for two nights.
Also the area around the hotel is quite beautiful and chill in the evening times.

The hotel has hollow walls, you can hear all the guests from the hotel a few floors above.
The hotel door can be locked in the middle of the day and you have to waaaait for them to open it.
In the middle of breakfast time there can be no food and you have to wait a long time for them to bring you something else.
Staff was unkind.

Not suitable for British people! Staffs can't understand & speak English and this was a nightmare at the moment of arrival when you are tired and hungry and there is no English menue and waiters can't speak in any langue other than Italian! It took one hour to find somone who can communicate with. Thanks to ( Mr Mauritie) for his excellent customer service to make this situation easier. Beautiful view out of window except for the dilapidated buildings that make the scene sad. Diner was good but breakfast is simple without variety and the same breakfast is repeated every day. Room and bathroom were spacious but many mosquitoes. So, I returned with a face and body full of mosquitos bites's spots. TV wasn't working. Also, it was very difficult to open and close a very heavy wooden curtains. I pulled the curtains handle to close it and it cut my two fingers! Be careful.

Decent rooms. Good shower, beds were okay, working air-conditioning. Food was okay. Nice view out of window and balcony. Word of warning though, if you're using the bidet, don't put it on full blast or anywhere near the hot side of the tap. - had a near death experience there😬. Also, don't exceed the 4 person lift rule.

We were guests of this structure for a sports competition of my son. Clean structure, abundant breakfast with a lot of choice (at least 3/4 desserts that seemed homemade) and also for dinner which was included in our half board, nothing to complain, BUT we hardly slept a wink: really too soft mattress and high pillow and very hard, to which is added the fact that the windows did not have blackout curtains or shutters ... too bad!

In the structure, certainly not of the latest generation, there would be several small things to fix (wardrobe doors/shower cubicles) for those with a spirit of adaptation it's fine. Clean sheets and bathroom kit. Our visit was for a football tournament with 12 year old boys. However, the availability of Mr. is to be appreciated. Maurizio, already available by telephone before arrival to give us information regarding parking, and Mrs. Barbara who tried to find a solution to the problems communicated.

The service and the food was horrendeous. The beds were beyond bad and pillows were paper thin. You cant smoke inside and the bathroom stall hasn't been clean since the hotel was made. You're better off staying in any other hotel in the vicinity. The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because of the old guy at the lobby. .
