Stay away from this place.
Worst food quality ever. Old rooms. Bad Service.

Terrible and inadequate services, small rooms for 4 people, lack of towels in the bathrooms, unpleasant, incompetent staff. unwelcoming structure. terrible, cold, and dry food. Broken objects in the rooms in which you are staying

Inadequate services (absence of towels, windows and bidets) rooms that are not very spacious and not very clean. Inadequate, rude and unwelcoming staff. Terrible meals and equally rude dining room staff. Overall structure inadequate and uncomfortable

We stayed 4 days. Nothing to say about the availability and courtesy of the staff. The room assigned to us (not advertised on the photos) left a little to be desired. Air conditioning not working and basic furnishings. Abundant breakfast, dinner with the possibility of choosing between 3 first courses and 3 second courses but with ready-made sauce. Parking not always available. It's still an experience.

Miserable place where literally everything is bad. The water when I shower just fill all the bathroom, the walls are so thin that at 6 in the morning everyone is awake, it's so noisy

Given that the cook cooks well and that the place is nice, I will not go back and much less recommend it for the following reasons: There are basically three people in the room, a man and two women (plus help when needed) only one She is polite and kind (brunette, pretty, with long straight black hair). The other two; the woman (the head nurse, short black hair) is rude and impolite, whatever you ask him he replies: I don't know, you can't, you have to ask the owner (never seen him in four days, so????) and therefore nothing happens he can ask, shut up and don't bother.... the man on the other hand is arrogant and grumpy, he hasn't lacked several opportunities to start a fight. They both couldn't wait to kick us out, even if you got up to go to the bathroom they would take your plate away even if you hadn't even started eating. There is no oil at the table, I asked for it, they gave me a bottle of poor quality oil, from the European community, in Tuscany......???? Then they immediately remove it from the table and if another person needs it they must ask for it. The wine was included in the price (overnight stay with full board) we asked and before receiving an answer they had a long summit, they gave us a terrible wine in 1.5 liter bottles, that rubbish you find for 3 euros in supermarkets, in Tuscany....???? In Montecatini.....????? The breakfast was poor, the cold cuts,... salami and ham shoulder (garbage I would say) which they then recycled in the packed lunch sandwiches. The croissants are only empty. Espresso coffee at breakfast is paid separately (something like this has never happened in 50 years). The setup of the rooms in the morning, excellent. The owner, who saw him?????? I would tell him to be more present and not just focus on the other hotel he manages. Lastly, there were some broken chairs and they didn't want to change them. If someone falls and gets hurt they'll send you to jail.
