Location is good, dont mind old rooms and furniture, it was clean, staff was friendly. But breakfast was very poor, and coffee was horrible, one of the worst i ever tried, dear God what wast that.. and italians should have good coffee, so i was told..

I am not satisfied with the hotel. The air conditioning is turned off during the night and only starts working again from 2 p.m. Because of this, a large number of mosquitoes make it impossible to sleep. The rooms are very small and impractical. We were given only two towels to use. Breakfast, like in most Italian places, is very modest. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Owners are good people. Hotel feels like it is in the 80's. Rooms size is okay, bathroom is very small. We needed to wait for few minutes for warm water for shower. Service was nice. For breakfast we had a lot in quantity but the food was the same every day.

Good hotel, very clean. Towels were changed every day. We got room with balcony and it was really comfortable. Staff was really nice. Breakfast was little bit poor, standard things but not very much options in salami and they didn`t have any eggs or omelette, but all in all nice hotel for short stay. Near tran station (cca 5-10 min) and near funicular for Monetcantini Alto.

Very nice small friendly hotel with authentic look.We stayed twice with travel agency. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is near centar and train station. The room was clean and big enough for two.

The hotel has some old charm and despite it being furnished with some older furniture, everything in the hotel was absolutely spotless. Staff was very polite at all times. We had a buffet for breakfast, and there was a very polite gentleman who made us coffee of our choice.

It's a shame, we had just spent 6 days in beautiful hotels and then we had a surprise...the dining room that had been reserved for us looked a lot like a canteen with dishes that were a little disappointing...the other groups had a nice dining room... Fortunately we had an excellent minestrone...our room was not bad, but the bathroom and especially the shower, no 1st freshness... Our trip was over, so , no regrets, but I wouldn't come back for several days...

The rooms and decor are a little dated, but the bedding is good and the cleanliness is impeccable. The staff is very friendly and attentive. He speaks French which is not unpleasant for non-Italian speakers like us. Varied and copious breakfast buffet. We had half board and the evening meals were quite good and served generously. The spritz on the terrace was particularly appreciated 😋

I spent one night in this hotel in Montecatini Terme. In my opinion the breakfast should be improved. The room I had was not very spacious. The hotel has a small paid car park. Overall, however, sufficient

This hotel is located in the center of Montecatini Terme, which is close to Florence, Pisa, Siena. The staff speaks French. The hotel is clean and welcoming. The decor is a bit dated. We weren't lucky enough to have French channels on TV, no problem. The breakfast is Western in the form of a buffet: it is good and plentiful.
