First line to the beach, great sea view and main street view. Room quite small, 18 sqm. Very clean, very nice staff

Very convenient location, close to the beach, restaurants and stores. The room was very small with a huge closet though. The bathroom was very tight but it served its purpose. The staff was ok. We only spent a day. And we had no problems.

My worst experience ever.
Do not trust positive reviews and beautiful photos - it is all fake. Rooms are tiny and dirty, amenities broken, everything is old and deadly used. They use cleaning chemicals with a terrible smell. Toilet didn't flush, shelf in the bathroom was broken, the lamp over the mirror didn't work, the shower hose was leaking, the towels smelled musty and moldy. Located at the crossroads with traffic lights it is very noisy inside and hard to sleep well. The walls are cardboard, we heard active sex from the neighbors room. Breakfast is typical and poor. The only good thing is the sea view from the window but it is not worth the price.

Old Hotel.
Great spot if you’re in Viareggio for the Carnavle season. The hotel is a cool old building. Might have been a Palazzo at one time. The staff was excellent. The room was clean and had nice setup. Bathroom was clean. The breakfast was large and plenty things to choose from. The city itself was great.

Lack of sanitary conditions in the canteen at the buffet . Dirty drinking glasses and there were food remains on the fork. The kitchen tong was placed inside the tray with cheese and meat, but not next to it, which is very unhygienic. Also, there was no food refill. We had a beautiful seaview from our room. The room was old but clean.

We did a Italy trip and stayed in many high end hotels and this one was by far the best. We booked 3 rooms and from the moment we arrived the service was just perfect. The hotel is super nice, clean and spacious. The room we had with Ocean view was super nice and the bathroom was super clean. The location is great and you can walk to so many locations. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Location Excellent, outdated room
Property location is excellent, breakfast OK, staff friendly, room needs some serious remodeling, bathroom layout is very difficult and outdated. Bathroom door falling off the hinges, door makes noises when opening or closing, AC works well.
