Very helpful friendly staff. Gave me a complementary breakfast and regular teas. Lots of tips for the local area. The room was bright and clean with a perfect view of the sea from the balcony and strong WiFi.

I recommand not to go in this hotel.
People there made me paid twice (once at arrival very late on a friday night, and another time at departure on Sunday morning). This can hapen anywhere (it is my mistake too of course) but when I realised it and sent my bank account statement to proove the double payement (after double checking and confirm with my bank) they refused to refund me, saying they had received only one payement.
They are not honnest people, go somewhere else!

Great little hotel with the superb location. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Breakfast is lovely and it’s served to 10 o’clock, so those who are not awake very early, can wake up later.

Parking is reasonable priced and you can park your car in nearby streets.

I spent 5 night at the playa hotel and I did have a good time , the property was ok ish, it is close to the beach and all the shops and restaurant area so really good . The staff was really nice and helpful however the room was a bit too small but ok overall

couple's trip in May, very nice hotel, clean, sea view room with balcony, nice room, comfortable shower, very kind staff, excellent and varied sweet and savory breakfast. You are on the promenade by the sea and it is a succession of restaurants, ice cream parlors and various shops. very convenient you never use the car. behind the hotel a beautiful pine forest. In short, it is ideal for a relaxing holiday by the sea and at the same time very convenient for reaching Pisa, Lucca etc. Highly recommended! I recommend reserving parking through the hotel.

One night in Viareggio with a family of 2 adults and two babies aged 4 years and 4 months. Hotel near the promenade. Very nice room, spacious and clean. Elevator to go to the floors. Very large breakfast and very friendly staff. We had a really good time and will definitely return when we go over there again.

Good little family hotel a few steps from the promenade. Clean, comfortable and with a very good breakfast selection. Our bed was comfortable and the room ( with balcony ) spacious and quiet. My only reservation was that, like most hotels, there was lot enough shelving in the bathroom, or maybe it's because I need a lot of toiletries !! The staff were without exception cheerful and helpful. Recommended.
