Great location, great team. Walls are quite thin so I could hear all of the movement from the room above mine and every door opening and closing in the hallway. Roof has quite a view and I was surprised that I was often the only one up there!

Beautiful beachfront hotel with easy walking distance from the train station.

The staff was very nice. The room was clean, comfortable, warm, and it had a nice little balcony.The roof top terrace was really nice at sunset, and they had an excellent breakfast buffet. There is a free beach a block away.

Best Hotel in Viareggio! We loved it. Especially because I was able to have a look first into one of their rooms before we booked. We had a room with a view to the beach + boardwalk. We liked the breakfast, there was so much variety! And I have to mention the extraordinary Breakfast-staff & the Ladies at the reception (one tall blond one in the mornings/daytime and one with dark hair in the evenings). Each one was so super friendly & helpful. Eden also has a spectacular view from their rooftop (see picture with sunset - it was taken there). Right across the street is the beach with the super clean sand (beach) - 3mins walk! Thank you Hotel Eden! We will be back next year.

Very comfortable stay. Comfortable beds, quiet and respecting privacy house keeping not disturbing when you are in the room. Very rich breakfast as for Italy. Many small things in this hotel are really good planned and designed. We asked for mosquito repellent and got it immediately.
