Stella del Mare in Viareggio

So we only stayed for 1 night and I have to say thank goodness! We didn't know where to go because we did a last minute otherwise we wouldn't have slept in that room! I don't know if it was a coincidence but we had a really bad time! Already from the entrance to the hotel I realized that there was something wrong, a gloomy hotel with little light, messy and full of useless things, steep stairs with a carpet of the 800 dirty and full of dust! The whole structure is very dated but oh well that's not even the problem because even if a structure is old the important thing is that it is well maintained and CLEAN! He had given us a room, no. 8, we enter and apart from the stench of closed and dust, such a small room and a bathroom where you did not breathe and at times I was not even there I had never seen it! At which we make us change rooms, and gives us the n. 16. At first glance slightly better, a little bigger, the bathroom at first glance seemed better and so we say ok! But later on entering and viewing the room we realize that that too was in very bad shape, dirty, 3 kg of dust on the bedside tables, behind the TV, an old unstitched quilt from the 500, sheets with 4 hairs that I removed and thrown away, bathroom with shower full of rust, shower drain that has blown. Window with a broken "Mosquito Net" not working. In short, a real disappointment. We have never been to a hotel where we found it hard to sleep. I don't write this review badly but I hope for you owners it makes you think, having a hotel is taking care every day, taking care of every detail, and cleaning should be 10 !!
Remember that customers pay you. We paid 65 euros without breakfast but as we found it they didn't have to pay anything. I am sorry to write this bad review but it is pure reality. We will certainly never go back or recommend it, not even for 1 night to make do.
