We really loved our stay at Hotel Lukas. The place has a warm, homey feel and the staff are all super friendly and helpful, it honestly felt like staying at a friend’s house.

The location is great, just a short walk from the beach. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a very cozy bed. We also really liked the paintings in the hallways which give the hotel a special touch.

Breakfast was delicious, with both sweet and savoury choices, and the staff were always kind and attentive.

Plus, the price was very reasonable, especially compared to other places nearby. Great value for the quality. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had one night stay.
Staff are nice and welcoming.
The hotel it'sself is in a great position right next to the beach and promenade.
It's a bit dated. Could do with a good refurbishing and sonorizing. I could hear every word and movement of our neighbours.

I was here with my friends. I can only say that the three stars are not deserved. The employees and the owner are sooo sweet and accommodating. The food was also delicious and the rooms are nice and clean. I can only recommend this hotel and the location is ideal. You only need 3-5 minutes to the beach. Would always like to come back.

An amazing stay! The reception was incredibly helpful, and the owners were so sweet and attentive. You can really feel the warmth of this family-run hotel. Plus, it’s pet-friendly, which made our stay even better! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay.

Good hotel, well placed for the beach and promenade. Very friendly helpful staff. Rooms were very clean and it was good to have a balcony. Gifts of wine and confetti for the carnival we're a nice touch. Breakfast was fine and times were good 8 -10am. A lovely little hotel which we would return to if we come to the carnival again

Hotel Lukas is absolutely excellent! For a very reasonable price, we had a great week here. It is a small hotel with around 20 rooms, and has a good personal athmosphere, mainly due to the manager Cindy, who was always available and very friendly. The breakfast is good, with fresh croissants and fruit every day. Everything was clean and tidy, service was nearly perfect. And the location is perfect. We look forward to come back here!

This is a wonderful hotel with a fantastic host. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Close to the beach. Cindy, our host, gave us suggestions with discounts for the beach and restaurants. We chose Dora beach. Received a discount because we satyed at Hotel Lukas. Beautiful beach and wonderful food. If you are looking for a hotel in Viareggio, look no futher, you've found the best!

Hotel is located 10 minutes from the beach. Room was clean but very basic. Bathroom newly redecorated and pretty. The biggest minus for breakfast. First day really basic but on second day it was barely anything there. Bread was old and no choice to make even a simple sandwiches.

Nice, cozy and cheap place. Breakfast included. Rooms are not too new but have air conditioning. Location is right on the seawalk.
