I expected great service from a 5 star hotel. The front desk employees needs better training on hospitality. The hotel manager did his best to resolve any issues we had.

Stayed here at the first leg of our honeymoon in September. This was during the venice film festival. Overall great experience, we had one minor issue where the staff didnt think we were guests of the hotel and refused to serve us but the were able to correct issue.

Everything was wonderful....great staff..all with loads of personality....best stay i have ever had in multiple trips to Venice.

Cleanliness of the rooms, bathrooms stood out for me. I like that there’s a walk-in shower stall and a tub. The double sink too works for a family of 3.

There are not enough words to adequately describe how welcome we were made to feel by every single person. The place was not only immaculate but a testimony to the beautiful art of Venice. Would love to return

Location is very good - 10 min walking distance from vaporetta station if you get by water bus from/to airport. Hotel has a private pier if you use water taxi. Many bars and restaurants around though to get to piazza San Marco or Dodge Palace you need to cross the Grand Canal - there’s no problem with it but takes some time. Rooms are good and spacious enough though I’d say it’s a very very solid good...

We had a pleasant stay and a very good time in Sisan. The location is very good to discover the environment with boat or by foot. Sisan is very Family friendly. It is not cheap so we would expect a dishwasher and a better laundry service.

We had such a wonderful stay here with our young kids! The pool was definitely the highlight - clean, safe, and perfect for family fun. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Rooms were spacious, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We love Sisan. This was our second consecutive year going. Lovely pools & slides. Zumba and exercise classes each day were great. We also attended the foam party this year which was fun. We ate in the restaurant a few times and food was good. Hotel Alaska Cortina is in a great central location and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was huge and the breakfast buffet was great. They also provided a nice packed breakfast on the day we checked out as we had a very early start. The only downside is that it is a bit dated, but that didn’t have any impact on our stay.

I arrived in Cortina d'Ampezzo by bus from Venice. The bus stop was in front of the church, the city's symbol, so it was a two-minute walk to the hotel, a two-minute walk to the main street, a 15-minute walk to the Tofana Gondola, and a 10-minute walk to the Olympic Center (bus stop for Tre Cime). The location is good, but parking is difficult. Parking costs 40 euros per day. However, the front desk staff provided excellent service. The black employee who worked the evening shift was so friendly that it was the first time I felt like tipping in Italy.

Checked in at around 4pm. The service was relatively slow and we were required to write down our credit card details on a piece of paper which is uncommon for newer hotels. The card I was issued had issue and I had to circle back and forth to the reception which wasn’t the best experience.

We stayed one night, slept well, the room was spacious, and we had a good breakfast (which was brought forward upon our request). The only thing I can recommend is a sign indicating where the hotel parking is located (they're currently undergoing construction), and it was difficult to find. If I have the chance, I'll definitely return to that property.

Location was alright if you don’t want to stay at Venice itself. The lady reception was very friendly and welcoming but the experience was marred by the next day by a middle aged male reception that was so rude and condescending . The hotel's location is fine, but Google Maps had it marked incorrectly, so I initially went to the wrong place. Check-in is at 2 PM, and they offer luggage storage. This hotel was the most expensive of my entire trip to Italy, yet it had the smallest room. The soundproofing is poor; you can clearly hear noise from the hallway, and the elevator is slow.

The room was quite nice, and the hotel's decor, including the wallpaper color, had a European flair. However, the room was a bit small. On the plus side, the location is excellent; it's just a two-minute walk to the train station, and there's a parking lot nearby.

Well located near Venezia Mestre train station. All good, however, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, old instalation.

Very convenient hotel near the center of Bassano with private car parking

The Tessarolo Family from Gold Coast , Brisbane , Australia have been coming to the Belvedere Hotel for years and we highly recommend this wonderful establishment. The service is most definitely 5 star in our opinion.

Hotel Belvedere has so much character. The staff are amazing and nothing is ever a bother. You will never go hungry at breakfast, such a variety to choose from. I will definitely be back. Only a 15 min walk to the Piazzas in Bassano Del Grappa and a further 5 min walk you are at the Ponte Vecchio

Beautiful hotel, excellent stay and delicious breakfast

Spent one night in Bassano Del Grappa. Hotel Belvedere was as pleasant an experience as I could hope for. My Italian is as good as my Chinese so there was a need for impromptu sign-language to communicate some ideas. Corteous and polite staff besides the late hour of our arrival. Room was warm and cosy. Will stay again if I'm in the region.

You are Wonderful hosts. It is such a lovely place to stay and have stayed before a few years ago. They were wonderful then and have not changed and thank so much for being so welcoming. They drove us to the small apartments they have a little further into town. The cleanest rooms we have stayed in and so well looked after. 🙏

In a great location on the beach. Very safe for COVID-19. Spacious rooms with fantastic view. Sun beds available for each room. Pools good size. Bike borrowing excellent. Near some great restaurants and bars. Breakfast brilliant and pool bar food and service perfect! Special mention to Anna at the bar -wonderful service with a smile. Would definitely recommend.

Perfecto location for access main places of Venice. We fully enjoyed easy access for sightseeing as well as airport transportation by ship. The facilities are bit old, we hope the hotel had more strong WiFi connection and power capacity wattage. But basically excellent stay! The staff was very friendly and we had no stress. Their cuppchino was very good in breakfast.

Prime location. Good breakfast. Close to all attractions and restaurants. Only there was a drainage smell in the toilet. No iron is allowed. We enjoyed the prime location. On the whole, I had a great holiday .

I could not fault this hotel for its location and service. My room was basic but very clean and I had a lovely balcony to relax. The hotels terrace with the lake view was just stunning. Nice hotel. The view was very nice and a 10 minute walk to the lake. The 2 pools were both very nice and big. Breakfast was not that great. The bananas were stil green, the bacon was not baked good enough, the bread was a little old and the coffee was not great. The room was a little outdated but not that bad.

Our stay this time was very interesting, and we had a few experiences that were always handled excellently with our needs in mind. The hotel is very well located, only 30 minutes from Venice. Treviso is a very pretty city (also worth visiting). The staff is very kind and professional. We slept extremely well, ate (breakfast) and enjoyed ourselves. The hotel is very good 4 stars and very good value for money.

It is close to the TREVISO train station, which makes travel very convenient and it is also close to the city. The breakfast was good, but the room was on a strange floor, which was not very convenient (probably because the elevator was under maintenance). The room rate was not cheap by comparison.

The hotel us out of the way if you don’t have a car as no uber or taxi will pick there thats what we found and another pair had the sam issue so we had yo drive and go through the hassle of finding a park in town which is near impossible. This hotel is located in the eastern part of Jesolo. It is a quieter part, from where you can comfortably get wherever you need it. We spent a great holiday here with my family. Every member of the hotel staff is very nice and friendly. Everyone here is constantly smiling and nothing is a problem. We were accommodated in a two-room apartment, which had two balconies, two bathrooms and a kitchenette...

We rested together with my husband from 10.09 to 17.09. There were only positive impressions from both the rest and the hotel. Attentive and responsive staff, responding to all requests. Very nice girls at the reception, speaking Italian, German and English. Russian is not spoken.
