My flight arrived at 6 AM, and a water taxi took me directly to the hotel pier at 7 AM. I was worried the hotel might not give me a room because it was so early, but they were very nice and checked me in immediately. I originally booked the St. Regis because the Aman Resorts were fully booked, but when I arrived, I found the St. Regis to be absolutely gorgeous—I was very satisfied!

A bit disappointed with the hotel as our grandfather was hospitalised in taiwan. Everything is in mandarin and they only accept English memo. No refund for our hotel fees. Will reconsider this hotel next time

The St. Regis Venice was the most satisfying hotel of my trip to Italy. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. The restaurant was delicious and the location was convenient. The St. Regis Venice did not disappoint. I was very satisfied.

We went a long time ago but you come to a dock and busboy comes to grab luggage from it boat taxi. You enter right on the grand canal and if you walk out the back you are a minute from St Marks Square! Excellent location.

The rooms are spacious and well designed, the restaurant offers a great variety of tasty dishes, and the staff is professional and kind. I must highlight the “sauna world” and the panoramic sauna, it was a blessing on a rainy day.

Had a very warm welcome. The hotel is a little dated, but was clean. Super friendly and helpful staff and a very large continental breakfast. Appearance of the hotel, many pools and spa treatments are unique. The hotel is very stylishly. What can be improved is the function of the aircondition in the fitnessroom and not least maintenance of the machines. We had to train in 30 ˚C and some of the machines were out of order or dit not work properly.

We spent 4 nights at the Ariston Molino Buja. A nice 4 star hotel serving a good breakfast. The thermal swimming pools were really warm 36-38 degrees C. The one downside was the air-conditioning was a waste of time/space and completely ineffective. Consequently the room was far too hot for us to sleep well.

I have been staying at the Buja for several years, usually opting for the more modern, upgraded rooms instead of the older, carpeted ones. The quality of the rooms remains excellent, and the location is very central. However, I've noticed a decline in the consistency of the service and that the hotel overall is beginning to show its age.

Unfortunately there are not enough parking spaces.Every day the car had to be pulled away so that someone else could get in. This is quite annoying because they can call you at any time that the person is in the wrong place with their car.

Convenient 24h reception. I booked at 23:30 and arrived 1h later. Pleasant staff. Close to highway, but nothing arroud the hotel: no restaurant/ bar /shops. Hotel needs refurbishment, 80s style, and room was freezing cold (only by turning at full speed heating i managed to get 19* after 1,5 hour. But great value, relatively clean and convenient for traveler quick night stop.
