The hotel has seen a lot better days. I am used to upkeep being different in Italy than it is in Germany, but this was something else. What was once a spa is now just decaying away basically. The only selling point it still has is a fantastic view over Lake Garda and the mountains on the other side of the lake.

The most astounding views. Limited WiFi but I recommend not to use technology anyway. Inclusive breakfast, lunch and dinner. Friendly staff. Accomodated more for vegans when asked. Cleaners probably didn't need to replace the towels quite so often in the rooms though - just to save on energy.

An unexpected, enchanting property immersed in the uniqueness of the Valpolicella area. The tru added value is also the quality of tje staff and great culinary experiences.

Gorgeous and unique experience. We loved being just outside Verona especially as that gave us access to a pool and AC during a very hot week. Having a car was key - we did our city touring during the day then took advantage of some amazing restaurants outside of town at night. There are a few nearby and in the hotel. Only negative - AC in our room wasn’t great overnight and TV didn’t work.

The hotel is nice and very clean, my room was quite big. The reception and information desk staff are helpful and kind. However the restaurant and bar staff did not have warm hospitality towards foreigners I noticed, really off putting so I didn't go back to them. Location is not the best either if you're going to sightsee then definitely stay in the center, that was my mistake though.

It's a nice hotel for a short trip if you want to see some sights at Lake Garda. I can recommend it.

Very accessible location, few minutes from the main station. You can walk to it or take a water bus. Staff were really courteous and helpful. Rooms were beautiful! This is a very well run family hotel, with adequate rooms, a pool and a bar. However a few things need attention. We had 1/2 board (breakfast and dinner) and the breakfast buffet is excellent, plenty of choice. A lovely hotel, very clean and well kept with a good size pool. It is in a peaceful location, but still within walking distance of the centre of Lazise. The free use of bicycles also made getting around really easy. I would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Bella Lazise. The staff made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We got a kettle for the room and reception arranged a small jug of milk. Good value for money. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, but it was quite noisy in the morning when I was trying to sleep, as room service was cleaning nearby.

Rooms are good with clean linen and clean bathrooms. plug points could be increased in number. Breakfast available is an asset. Proximity to the Convention center is a big plus. But for everything else we need a taxi.overall a plaeasant experience

Location is good for access to the exhibition area (5 minutes walk), but the area surrounding the hotel is not great. You can't walk to the city centre. The staff is very nice and professional but room was just ok. It was spacious and had all essentials but it feels a bit simple. Breakfast is good for the price (€12).

We spent 4 nights, kind and friendly staff always available, very nice salt cave, eat decent breakfast in my opinion a bit poor, very central location in the evening you can go out and immediately in the center. The spacious rooms and top cleaning. The structure needs to be modernized as the rooms do not expect 4-star details ..... I recommend those traveling with children to visit the butterfly house...

We just booked the hotel so we had somewhere to go when we landed in Verona but it was way more amazing that we could have thought. The hotel was beautiful and the views incredible. The included breakfast was delicious!! It was a little cold to get in the pools and we basically got up, ate and left but we would have loved to have stayed for a few days. Will have to come back.

I stayed for a night and I was given a room on the first floor. I had a hard time trying to sleep as I was cold (no heater in the room) and I could hear all the noise from the lobby. Breakfast was good, tho.

A very pleasent stay in Hotel Aurora! The staff is more than professional, they are kind and helpful! The rooms are clean and comfortable. And a huge plus is that there is a nice glutenfree offer if you inform them about your allergies.

Nice hotel. The view was very nice and a 10 minute walk to the lake. The 2 pools were both very nice and big. Breakfast was not that great. The bananas were stil green, the bacon was not baked good enough, the bread was a little old and the coffee was not great. The room was a little outdated but not that bad.
