I stayed at this property for one night. The food was good, the desserts excellent. The only small flaw was the room that needed redoing, with old carpeting and even vintage-style bathrooms. The staff were welcoming and kind.

I took advantage of a deal to stay at this very elegant hotel and was very satisfied with my stay. We stayed in this hotel in October because there was no way to turn on the air conditioning at night and the room was very stuffy. Was really worried about the quality of this hotel as lots of reviews are bad. However, I can say it is okay and clean, no strange smell, not the best but worth what I paid. There is a bus stop opposite to the hotel, can take the bus directly to Venice, very convenient.

Hotel is clean and tidy, with bus stops that connect to venice island within walking distance. Hotel is about 30 minutes walk / 15 minutes bus from Venice Mastero Station. Room is decently sized, but bathroom has no space for towels, and is prone to flooding as shower stall does not have door or screen to prevent water from splashing out of the shower.

The hotel itself is excellent, the service is second to none and very well organised it's a great place to stay and right on the beach. I've one criticism there is not enough sockets for charging phones and other equipment the only one is in the bathroom it's not ideal.

Some rooms are a little dated, depending on which wing you end up but the reception and the outside eating and drinking area are lovely especially at night. The staff is very attentive and professional, most of them speak English. I find the included half board dinner may not be an amazing value. Overall strongly recommended if you're looking to stay in that area

We have visited 5 times over 10 years. It has a great location on the Lido and gives an excellent opportunity to enjoy a beach holiday. The hotel is comfortable, well equipped and the staff ( many long serving) are friendly and helpful. Breakfast options are available, although do not change. It was stated that there was a laundry on site, but it turns out that this is a service that requires off-site cleaning, and that it is closed on weekends. All other services were excellent, and the view from the terrace was particularly beautiful.

The bed is firm for European standards, which suits Chinese tastes. The air conditioner is a bit noisy, but still quite effective. I had a good night's sleep. The room was clean and I didn't notice any issues. The shower in the bathroom had strong water pressure and stable warm water. Good value for money.
