Booked this Hotel for a weekend trip in Venice. Chose the location as it is not in the busy tourist area but it is nicely situated in a  quiet area of Venice, Cannaregio. Lots of good restaurants and wine bars around .    The Hotel is very nice too… an old Palace converted into 5 * Hotel direct on the canal. The hotel is very upscale, the rooms are spacious, and there is a large garden leading to the back door directly to the lagoon. Breakfast and dinner can be served outdoors or indoors. However, there are mosquitoes outdoors due to the dense greenery. It takes 20-30 minutes to walk to Piazza San Marco, but passing the main street, there are shops on both sides, so it is not monotonous.

Wonderful hotel with truly lovely courtyard and amazing gardens. The environment is very good, but it is just that you need to go up and down 4 stairs to get to the train station. The hotel booked a taxi boat to the station for 80 Euros per boat. If you are not physically fit/have a limited budget, it is recommended to choose a hotel closer.

A great hotel to stay in with lots of historical character. The staff were very friendly, especially Fabio, who was always welcoming. The room was comfy, the breakfast and breakfast staff were great, and food and drinks in the restaurant and terrace all memorable. Also, location is great. I’d book again when next visiting Venice.

Everything inside of the room was perfect. If any changes I would change the carpet in the hallway. Otherwise the rooms are modern and brand new looking. Loved it!

Location is very good, it is easy to access by car and there is a two minute walk to the center. There is garage for extra charge and electric vehicle was recharged. We are staying locally at an air bnb for the Winter Olympics. We came for drinks last night on my 50th birthday. Even though we are not staying, the bar staff gave me a small birthday pudding with a candle and the service was impeccable. We have been driving all over Europe for 4 weeks and this is one of the Best places we have stayed. Clean great staff n the hotel is like an art museum. I did not use any of the pools but they are beautiful and heated. The restaurant is incredible ! Breakfast as well. The area is gorgeous. This is a really upscale hotel! The room and all facilities are new and up to date. The bar and especially the restaurant are fantastic. The chef and wait staff are very upscale and the food was delicious. They also have a fine wine selection from all over Italy. We loved our one night stay!

Visited this hotel for daughters birthday. Hotel was spotless in all areas and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of food but could have been a little warmer. I would recommend this hotel and would certainly go back again.

Our stay at Palazzo Veneziano was brilliant. The hotel is in a great location on the south coast, and within walking distance of all the areas of interest. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff were extremely polite, professional and helpful. We will definitely be coming back for our next trip to Venice!

The hotel has seen a lot better days. I am used to upkeep being different in Italy than it is in Germany, but this was something else. What was once a spa is now just decaying away basically. The only selling point it still has is a fantastic view over Lake Garda and the mountains on the other side of the lake.

This was an impeccable place and we loved every moment. We many times just came back to dinner in the bar. There was attention to every detail and they had the key out practically before we walked in the door. Concierge was amazing. All the staff were wonderful. Amazing hotels it’s a palace in paradise

The facilities are quite new, and the service is good. However, getting to the hotel from the station requires crossing 3-4 bridges, which was a bit challenging with luggage.

Great hotel, but it is not sound proof and there's a bell that ring every 30min from 8 so if you want to chill, relax and sleep it's impossible.

Excellent location – close to tourist attractions, but not on a noisy street. Directly opposite the hotel is a vaporetto stop for the airport, which is very convenient for arrival or departure. There's also a pleasant small gym for working out.

A dated hotel primary for old people. Accommodation is ok, for 3 stars, proximity to garda is good. Breakfast is horrible. Pruns, dry bread and brougt in cheap cake. Guess the old people like that...

We chose this hotel due to the proximity with the lake, and it didn’t disappoint in that regard. The bedrooms were functional, the swimming pool was big, but the hotel felt a bit like a huge and impersonal complex. Indeed, it was quite noisy and crowded. The staff was nice. A security risk with the pathway that is very uneven. It seems like the lift wasn’t working as well.

Nice 3* hotel. The complex is a bit outdated, but the Italian food is excellent and the breakfast offers all what is needed for a breakfast. Location was good: quiet but a 10 minute walk away from the nice historical centre of Garda.

A lovely hotel, very clean and well kept with a good size pool. It is in a peaceful location, but still within walking distance of the centre of Lazise. The free use of bicycles also made getting around really easy. I would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Bella Lazise. The staff made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We got a kettle for the room and reception arranged a small jug of milk. Té con latte an essential Our room had fantastic mountain views from the balcony. A improvement would be to keep the bar open later than 11pm

My friend and I stayed for two weeks and had a wonderful time. The service is fantastic, the personnel more than friendly, and it was very clean with all of the amenities that you would expect in a four star hotel. We just booked the hotel so we had somewhere to go when we landed in Verona but it was way more amazing that we could have thought. The hotel was beautiful and the views incredible. The included breakfast was delicious!! It was a little cold to get in the pools and we basically got up, ate and left but we would have loved to have stayed for a few days. Will have to come back.

My wife and I have been in a basic room for 4 nights, very good experience. Room is good, breakfast is excellent (4 or 5 every-day-different type of egg-based items, sometimes even food with salmon, impressive), very kind and efficient service. We would definitively return.

I stayed for a night and I was given a room on the first floor. I had a hard time trying to sleep as I was cold (no heater in the room) and I could hear all the noise from the lobby. Breakfast was good, tho.

A structure organized down to the smallest details. Beautiful hotel with very kind and competent staff. The physiotherapists are very professional and kind to the guests. Very nice with different and well-kept spaces. The pools are spectacular with decks and various types of whirlpools.

A wonderful experience, I am disabled in a wheelchair due to multiple sclerosis, and I have finally found the perfect spa for those who cannot walk!!!
