I'm reviewing for 70 cents of trip coins (stingy), but I actually canceled my stay due to illness, so I have no idea what the property is like. Best regards

Always a pleasant stay whenever I come to Padua. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are consistently welcoming. A big plus for the convenient laundry service — it makes longer stays much easier. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant this time and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the food. Overall, a reliable and enjoyable place to stay in Padua. Highly recommended

It's not the best, but the receptionist was very friendly. The hotel is otherwise average.

The hotel is located right next to the train tracks. It has a hostel-like decor, and the rooms are small. The cleanliness was decent, but the soundproofing was quite poor – you could hear arguments from other rooms at night. However, the price is cheap, so if you don't mind noise, it's acceptable.

Charming vintage hotel with spacious room. Very good service from members of staff who speak multiple languages. Hotel is a bit far off the train station and probably more suited if travelling by car.

Very welcoming host, very clean room, buffet breakfast, 10 minutes walk from the center and Giotto's Chapel. We arrived at 8 p.m., it was raining and it was convenient for us that there was a restaurant in the hotel: pasta, lasagna, steak and fries at reasonable prices.

We have stayed in this hotel only for the weekend  but we had an amazing experience with the hotel staff in breakfast and dinner. So nice to all the customers and always with a smile on their faces. We spent 5 nights ín the hotel, it was amazing, the room was very comfortable, clean and quite. We had a balcony with seaview. Great satisfaction. Very tasty food, mostly classic Italian cuisine. Helpful staff speaking German and English, a small nice room with a balcony and a wonderful view of the sea. The hotel is right on the beach, downstairs is a hotel bar with friendly staff. There are many restaurants, bars, stalls and shops near the hotel. Thanks for a wonderful holiday.

Perfect location and the staff were very kind and helpful. The room was recently renovated so very clean and neat. They have bicycle rental service for free with baby sit.

The price for a quadruple room with breakfast in Europe is really amazing, and the breakfast is also very rich. If you are driving to Venice, it is highly recommended. There are also very large supermarkets nearby where you can buy all kinds of food and daily necessities as souvenirs to bring back home for friends. It is close to the local community and the restaurant prices are reasonable.

Poor service at the reception requested for bottle of water and he refused to send someone to my room I had to go all the way downstairs leaving my kids alone in the room we were 4 persons and only provide d 1 bottle of water below standard comparing to crown plaza's standard and breakfast was ok few options and wasn't tasty

Our stay was okay. Parking was free. Cleaners were amazing, the room was sparkling clean. Breakfast was so so, not many options, mainly bread and croissants. Location was good, close to downtown Verona.

We recently stayed at this hotel located on the outskirts of Verona, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is well-located, with most sites just a short drive or even a walk away if you have a car. The balcony is a major plus, spacious and great for relaxing. However, the rooms are quite small, and the shower feels like it was designed for children, very cramped and hard to access. Room was clean and staff were lovely. One of the biggest disappointments was the shuttle service into town. when I booked the hotel, (which was quite a walk from town) I thought it would be fine, because of the shuttle, but it turns out that it only runs a few times a day and the evening when you want to go into town for dinner, the last shuttle comes back so early that it isn’t viable to use the shuttle...

Clean and comfortable hotel close to Bardolino and Cisano. A great location for accesing all the region has to offer. Great breakfast, we especially loved freshly made juices. The staff is friendly. Big swimming pools and nice welness centre. The only minus was that outdoor swimming pools were cold , even kids pool the water was freezing. The indoor pool was wonderful tho.

Lovely property with excellent modern facilities. Rooms are very nice. Would recommend a stay here with the following slight drawbacks:(1) room cleaning did not occur u Tim very late in the day on some occasions; (2) some staff in the breakfast room looked disinterested; and (3) pool bar service was very slow - made worse by certain waiters not serving new customers in order.

Great resort to rejuvenate and take in the beautiful area of Lake Garda. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property for your stay in the area.

One morning, the fresh milk tasted sour, but a staff member promptly replaced it. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to the train station, which is incredibly convenient. The service staff are also very attentive.

It was overall a great stay for us. We had short stay here but really appreciated the lake view for the price and the breakfast was amazing.

The hotel is little bit "old fashioned", which doesn't matter anyhow much. It definitely has it's own atmosphere. The view from our balcony was stunning and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Superb breakfast, a variety to choose from but sadly no restaurant for dinner. The swimming area was nice but the water was very cold but not so the lake the water was lovely and warm.

The hotel was quite clean, and parking was very convenient. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on it. For those traveling by car, the hotel's location is really handy; it's not far from the main island of Venice, and there are plenty of dining options easily accessible by car nearby.

Facilities: Very comprehensive and excellent. Hygiene: Very clean, spotless. Environment: Surrounded by large shopping malls for dining, supermarkets for groceries, and a whole lot more. Service: Very attentive. Just tell them what you need, and the front desk even sells bus cards!

The hotel was clean and tidy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I really appreciated the thoughtful pillow menu with multiple options – I chose the latex pillow and slept even better. It truly lives up to IHG standards. Plus, there's a large shopping mall nearby, which made dining and shopping super convenient.

Location not in the city centre but accessible to public transport. Hotel is new and comfortable.

The hotel is quite new but a bit out of the way. It's quite far from the station, about 4 kilometers. If it's your first time here and you're not familiar with public transport, it can be a bit confusing. Uber rides are super expensive in this area. Once you get familiar with the bus routes, it's manageable, and the bus service nearby is actually quite fast.

Cipriani offers refined Italian dining in a beautiful setting. The service is elegant yet warm, and the pasta dishes are simple but perfectly executed. Dining here feels sophisticated and relaxed at the same time.

A truly luxurious experience. From the moment your Cipriani boat pulls up to the private jetty, you step into pure luxury. We visited the IL Porticciolo restaurant and the sraff, service and food was incredible. Cannot praise our visit highly enough. Thank you ❤️

We've stayed at the Aqualux several times. It's just a few steps to the pedestrian zone in Bardolino. The hotel itself is in a very quiet location, and the outdoor area with the pools in the middle of the hotel complex is very nice. You could easily spend the whole day there. The people there are very friendly.

The hotel was top notch 15/10, breakfast perfect 10/10, fine dining didn't go well at all with meal choices (am from the UK) so found it hard to survive on tiny portions. The room was the smallest one, and the balcony ceiling was leaking. It was obvious that the rooms given to Chinese tourists were all on the side, and the three better rooms in the middle of the same room type were given to Europeans and Americans. Moreover, it has been 10 days since I checked out, and the pre-authorized deposit has not been refunded. I don't know what the problem is.

The location is great, the breakfast terrace is beautiful, and it's a few minutes' walk to the Grand Place. Rooms with terraces have direct lake views, and the retro decoration in the lobby is beautiful.

This was our 2nd visit to Venice and this hotel has direct access to the water taxi as we arrived direct from the airport. Its adjacent to the square and a must if you want to be close to everything. Nice hotel but in the middle of nowhere. However for short stay it is very pleasant hotel with very friendly staff. Receptionist who checked me in (bald gentleman - cannot remember name) was excellent. Professional, kind, efficient. Simply made us feel very welcome.

This hotel is very good. I thought it was part of the same group as the football team AC Milan, but it is actually a hotel chain. The front desk was friendly and the breakfast was good, all very good.

Just returned from two weeks at Hotel Du Lac Bellevue, Bardolino. Once again we had the most fabulous time. The hotel is right on the lake and a short stroll to the centre of Bardolino, it was just perfect for us, everything we could have wanted was there.
