The hotel is nice but there was one thing in particular that elevated our stay much higher: the receptionist Emanuela. The day of our arrival was cold and our room as well and she did her best to make us feel better (tea, blankets, heater...). She was really sweet and gave us many suggestions where to go in the area. Room well appointed though in this day and age really needs to offer more power points. Bathroom clean fresh and modern. Good powerful showers. Place is ok. Went to use the in-room glasses only to notice they were used and dirty upon pouring into the second one. Pool area is cute and beach is easily accessible. I can barely fit on the toilet as the sink is jammed in front of it. I smile everytime I walk in at the desk but they rarely lookup or smile back. You hear a lot of noise too. Parking is a nightmare. Definitely not 4 star.

The staff is super nice, very friendly and will take their time to help you. This guy at the reception (not understanding English that well) sat there and reviewed camera footage to try and find my friends bag for a full hour. Hotel Amalfi is an excellent choice, being very close to the beach. The private pool within the hotel area is truly comfortable, and the service is outstanding.

Visited the restaurant many times over the past few years, the staff was always very kind and the food was delicious.

What a wonderful hotel! Paolo was so friendly and helpful, showing where to park and helping with service at the parking garage. The junior suite is a great size and it’s very comfortable. The hotel is situated in a central location to the city center, making it easy to shop or eat.

Great place for thermal therapies

We had a great time, the staff were very friendly and the value for money was excellent. We are very satisfied. The food is excellent and the waiters are friendly and helpful. The beach is very well organized.

The hotel is nice and very clean, my room was quite big. The reception and information desk staff are helpful and kind. However the restaurant and bar staff did not have warm hospitality towards foreigners I noticed, really off putting so I didn't go back to them. Location is not the best either if you're going to sightsee then definitely stay in the center, that was my mistake though.

I don't put 5 stars as the pool had a few whirlpools, there is a path with various timed jets that lasts about half an hour and this is very nice and relaxing but when there are many people there is a bit of a queue so it would be nice to be able to opt for other whirlpools, which are few and many not working....

Did Not Disappoint Incredible budget-friendly hotel that did not disappoint. The rooms were spacious and more importantly, very clean. The staff was attentive and courteous. Very close to major sites and very quiet on the property. I’d much rather stay here and save hundreds or thousands of euros than some of the bigger name brand places that don’t really provide extra value.

The hotel was clean and comfortable — always a plus— but the real gem of this hotel is Tatiana. She made me feel like I was staying with family.
