Avoid booking rooms with mountain views. The water treatment boilers located beneath the windows are noisy. Furthermore, neighboring buildings block the mountain views.

This is a gem of a hotel in Venice. Murano is a lovely island and very accessible to the main parts of Venice. The hotel is in a great location and the rooms were clean and big enough. Breakfast was typical for a hotel and enough to get us started for the day ahead. Staff were also very friendly! We will definitely be back here for our next Venice trip!

I was disappointed by this hotel, especially compared to other Hyatts and all the other hotels we stayed at over 2+ weeks in Italy. RCI timeshare exchange and was allocated small room facing the railway. Trains extremely loud and bed was also quite uncomfortable. At check in they mentioned an upgrade for 14 Euros a night. I don’t understand people and their bad reviews about the hotel. It was amazing the staff so nice and friendly the free shuttle bus was great such a wonderful and pleasant man. Loved it. The warm thermal pools were lovely, so relaxing. We stayed for the night and had a room with a balcony overlooking the pools. The dining in the evening, and the buffet breakfast, rivaled that of a first class cruise ship. All that and Venice and Padua are within easy reach.

The hotel is so nice, the staff is amazing and helpful. It’s very quiet, it has windows, you can hear the birds singing, it’s very quiet. Only few mins to the center walking and they also have a parking for 10 euros the night which is good because finding parking is hard. We loved our stay there and we would go back if we visitVerona

This is not a 4 star hotel. Worst food I’ve ever seen. There is nothing edible in the breakfast buffet unless you are into cold cheap crap! Also the spa was closed the entire time. Disappointed… at least it’s nice inside and rooms are decent. Defo find somewhere else to stay.

The hotel is kinda dated, you can see and feel that it’s in need of a refresh but the rooms are spacious and clean. The location is okay, you can walk 20min or take the bus/taxi to the historical center. We didn’t go to the spa since it was 25€ extra but the outside pool was all we needed.
