Stayed here with extended family on my group Europe Trip. Though our group was large, Hotel was very well equipped to handle large crowds, so check-in was smooth and fast. Rooms were huge, and had ethnic decor. Toilets had bidet, and were provided with good toiletries. Beds were quite cozy and comfortable. Breakfast spread was quite nice.

The room is poorly soundproofed and there are many insects flying around in the lobby and the room. The hot water is sometimes hot and sometimes cold and hard to control. The power of the air conditioner is also unstable. However, it is very close to the train station and very convenient. There is a Chinese-speaking staff who can also let us check-in early.

The hotel is 8 mins walk from the beach front. And only a stone throw away from shops and restaurants. So the location is very good. The breakfast must be the highlight. A lot of options. The pool was small but nice to sunbath and a quick dip. The bar separating the kids pool and the real pool was good and cheap. We greatly enjoyed our staying at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and supportive. We arrived early and they even granted us a free early check in. We had an amazing lunch here. My friend ate a squid ink pasta and she said it was super good. Everyone's food was fresh and well made. Glad we reserved a table as the place filled up quickly! We visit this hotel every year and can’t wait to get back. Winter and summer seasons are a delight. The pools are great, and the service is excellent. The staff is very kind and professional. Terme Abano-Montegrotto is just 15 minutes by train from Padua (Podova). A great place for a relaxing day trip. But the thermal baths are owned by hotels there.
