This is a gem of a hotel in Venice. Murano is a lovely island and very accessible to the main parts of Venice. The hotel is in a great location and the rooms were clean and big enough. Breakfast was typical for a hotel and enough to get us started for the day ahead. Staff were also very friendly! We will definitely be back here for our next Venice trip!

I was disappointed by this hotel, especially compared to other Hyatts and all the other hotels we stayed at over 2+ weeks in Italy. Had an excellent stay at the Hyatt Centric in Murano. The staff were all lovely and the service was extremely good. Unlike previous stays, the first room smelled musty, and in the bathroom, the bidet was practically touching the toilet – a thin leg could barely fit. The other room was quite dirty, and some things weren't working.

The buffet breakfast waitress refused to bring more hard boiled eggs to the serving table when we requested at 9:50 am, when there was still plenty of time left until the closing time of 10:30 am. The croissants were extremely dry and old, NOT FRESH at all. We did not expect these to be happened, considering the breakfast was paid separately from the room we booked.

We were booked into this hotel after buying the mystery deal on wowcher. It's quite a way from venice centre and sadly not much around to keep tourists going. Lovely relaxing hotel and wonderful Terme. Robes and towels are provided. You'll need a hair cap which can be purchased at the hotel for €2 - for both men and women. You'll need flip flops. There is an outdoor and indoor pool as well as two saunas. There's a buffet breakfast. A pleasant experience.

Helpful staff. Had a full pension booking and was very pleased with the quality of the food and staff service. The baths were great and just the right temperature, even for prolonged bathing. Plan to return soon.

The deluxe room was spacious but poorly planned. The shower cabinet was very given how large the bathroom is. The shower door was broken. The breakfast buffet was terrible. They seems to have two different breakfast spread. The one used for our group tour was quite disappointing with very limited options and awful coffee.

The hotel has seen better days. The elevators are slow, packed, and don't always work. The parking garage has lights most of the time, but not always at night which makes you feel like you are in a horror film. The exit gate isn't automatic. Hotel in an excellent position to reach the centre, the station and the main services of the city.

It is convenient to go to the client's company from the hotel. The aunt at the front desk is very nice. The way to open the door with the room card is different from that of regular hotels. There is a small sign at the front desk that explains it, which you can take a picture of in advance.

We had a wonderful experience at J44 Jesolo. The rooms are large and very clean. The staff is extremely friendly, especially at breakfast – they really make you feel welcome. We decided to use Lido di Jesolo as a base for Venice but timed it badly - thinking April would be fairly hot (should have checked). Loved it. The warm thermal pools were lovely, so relaxing. We stayed for the night and had a room with a balcony overlooking the pools. The dining in the evening, and the buffet breakfast, rivaled that of a first class cruise ship. All that and Venice and Padua are within easy reach.

Very relaxing evening. Went to the spa for the afternoon - evening, and enjoyed every minute! There's an enclosed swimming pool which opens to the a bigger pool on the outside, and a cave in the lower lever with saunas and massage chairs.

Depending on the room the bathroom can be tight. Difficult to sleep past 7.30am as the cleaning starts. All together, we enjoyed staying in that hotel. The beds are really convinient. We were satisfied with the receptionists, who were on duty 7/24 and helped a lot (public transport, venice tax, getting back to airport etc.). The hotel is 5-min-walk to a tram which takes you to Venice within 30min I mainly recommend the place for those, who prefers sightseeing and not that sitting in a hotel all day type...

Everything is ok, just need to review the shower by opting for the door in the shower cubicle instead of the curtain.

Wonderful hotel! Nice location on the grand canal and the views from the rooftop bar are amazing! Highly recommend a water taxi from the train station as the walk includes so many bridges without ramps for rolling luggage (the distance is not so bad without luggage, but the up and down with several bags got old). We visit this hotel every year and can’t wait to get back. Winter and summer seasons are a delight. The pools are great, and the service is excellent. The staff is very kind and professional. The location in Montegrotto is central and there are great places to visit nearby. And there’s delicious gelato in the dining room.

We visited yesterday to use their spa facilities and have lunch. The parking attendant is quite grouchy and tried to tell me off because we hadn't reversed enough into the parking space. I explained to him in Italian that I needed to open the boot of the car and that the car would be reversed more when I had done that. The pools were ok but the hydro massage jets were on timers which is not brilliant...

Terme Abano-Montegrotto is just 15 minutes by train from Padua (Podova). A great place for a relaxing day trip. But the thermal baths are owned by hotels there. And very few offer day tickets without spa or medical (mud) treatments. One hotel that provides pool only day tickets is Hotel Petrarca (Piazza Roma 23). The ticket gives access to two large pools that both extend from indoors to outdoors....

Perfect balance between traditional style terme and renewed baths/spa. Highly advised Vital Center: biosauna, steam bath, hot/cold/steam showers with aroma and chromotherapy! Love. It. One and only flaw: low quality bar... Still, one of a kind place, irreplaceable, especially in the summer with its olympic (50m) thermal pool and huge garden. 100% worth the money.

Unfortunately there are not enough parking spaces.Every day the car had to be pulled away so that someone else could get in. This is quite annoying because they can call you at any time that the person is in the wrong place with their car.
