Good hotel for conferences but away from the town centre and cabs don’t like going there and so price there fares accordingly!! Reception staff very helpful and friendly and we also took the breakfast there which was good value at 15 euro per head. Sleep was not good as mattress had seen better days and had sunken !

The rooms are lovely, the bathroom spacious. However, the showers are open on one end so the water goes all over the counter and mirror. That's inconvenient but liveable. However, in mid-October, there was no AC and the rooms were exceeding hot! It made it hard to sleep and getting ready in the morning was a sweaty mess.

Hotel is just across Mestre Station which is easily access to Venice by one station. Hotel has everything you need for a short stay. I found a Chinese restaurant Ristorante Cinese Delizie 小食堂 around the corner.

This is a great hotel if you're not really wanting to spend time in Venice, just using the airport to fly out of, and need a place to crash the night before. Stylish hotel, basically located in “no where”, but 10 min from Venice airport. Half of the rooms have this narrow vertical windows which gives a “prison” feeling. Taking a shower, all the water poor out from the glass door and the bath became a small pool. Didn’t expect that from a double tree.

My flight arrived at 6 AM, and a water taxi took me directly to the hotel pier at 7 AM. I was worried the hotel might not give me a room because it was so early, but they were very nice and checked me in immediately. I originally booked the St. Regis because the Aman Resorts were fully booked, but when I arrived, I found the St. Regis to be absolutely gorgeous—I was very satisfied!

A bit disappointed with the hotel as our grandfather was hospitalised in taiwan. Everything is in mandarin and they only accept English memo. No refund for our hotel fees. Will reconsider this hotel next time

We went a long time ago but you come to a dock and busboy comes to grab luggage from it boat taxi. You enter right on the grand canal and if you walk out the back you are a minute from St Marks Square! Excellent location.

One of the biggest disappointments was the shuttle service into town. when I booked the hotel, (which was quite a walk from town) I thought it would be fine, because of the shuttle, but it turns out that it only runs a few times a day and the evening when you want to go into town for dinner, the last shuttle comes back so early that it isn’t viable to use the shuttle...

Excellent hotel not far from the historic center of Verona. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and quite spacious. There's a Lidl supermarket just 300 meters away. Excellent Hotel for business travelers.

There is no soundproofing at all, you can hear people going to the toilet. It is almost impossible to regulate the temperature in the room. It is very cold and there are no blankets. Poor breakfast.

This hotel is not a 4 starsi It is a standard 3 stars. Breakfast standard good room but not very friendly staff (in particular at the restaurant) and for breakfast you have to make your own milk at the machine because they don't do IT. Located far away from the center and not so many restaurants because it is all most outside Vicenza.
