What an absolutely fantastic place, we couldn't fault a single thing. terrific staff, great rooftop bar and can't wait to go and see them all again. We were travelling as a group of six (three couples) and we were made to feel so welcome, it was wonderful. love you all to bits.

We first booked at the Torre Terme across the road which was closed without notification for renovation upon arrival leaving us stranded. We had an amazing stay. The hotel is beautiful. The gardens are so well maintained. There are 3 pools at 35 degrés outside and inside and a spa. Breakfast was amazing too. The service staff all around and the front desk were extremely friendly and kind. It was such a great relaxing stay.

Clean room and helpful staff. The location isn’t close to the city center, and although there’s a shuttle service, it’s not the most convenient if you plan to visit the city often, but that’s understandable. Other than that, it’s a good hotel with everything you need. When I checked out, they mistakenly added a minibar charge I hadn’t used, but it was quickly resolved.

Not very satisfied. There were people running in the gym early in the morning. It was very noisy. The only solution I could ask the staff to solve it was to say sorry.

Location is very good, it is easy to access by car and there is a two minute walk to the center. There is garage for extra charge and electric vehicle was recharged. We are staying locally at an air bnb for the Winter Olympics. We came for drinks last night on my 50th birthday. Very nice hotel. There are 4 swimming pools. But we used more the pool with thermal water. You can always find a sunbed around. The spa services were excellent: mud packages and massages were super. A Good Family Holiday Nice accommodation, albeit a little tired in places. However, you've everything you need and everything worked without issue. We stayed as a family in April 2023, overall it was pleasant, excellent value for money. I don't put 5 stars as the pool had a few whirlpools, there is a path with various timed jets that lasts about half an hour and this is very nice and relaxing but when there are many people there is a bit of a queue so it would be nice to be able to opt for other whirlpools, which are few and many not working....

We had superior rooms with balconies facing the hills and hotel next door. You are surrounded by thermal hotels here. If you don’t won’t to be woken at 5-7am every day by rubbish collection, hotel deliveries for the hotel next door keep the balcony door shut and rely on the airconditioning. They won’t tell you at reception, but at breakfast you can order eggs - omelette, scrambled, fried, coffee...

The hotel is in a great location — just 5 minutes from the train station and about 15 minutes from all the main attractions. The room was clean and warm, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
