We switched hotels at the last minute on a mother-daughter trip to Venice and I could not have been happier about it! The hotel was lovely, service matched at the highest end hotels, breakfast was amazing and the location was perfect for a short trip to Venice -- easy walking distance to major attractions but also quiet and peaceful. it's not on the waterfront, but if you walk out the back of the hotel you are right at the St. Regis which has a lovely waterfront patio perfect for apertivio.

The property is amazing, in an excellent location. The rooms are modern inside, and this is the cleanest hotel we’ve been in so far.
The staff is amazing, providing all the support that you need.
The cleaning service is amazing as well, you feel treated as a royalty.
The Il Picollo restaurant is amazing with great breakfast options and a quite fine dining service.
It was an amazing experience and we will definitely go back.

Perfection
Perfect stay! It was a brief overnight between cities, but wonderful. From the service to the accommodations to the delicious breakfast...everything was over and above, and beyond expectations. We hope to be fortunate to return someday and stay for longer!

Just perfect, lovely, quaint hotel in a perfect location for a magical Venice experience. Can walk to everything and everywhere — from St. Mark’s Basilica to the Teatro Phoenicia and Vivaldi’s church we just had a fabulous stay. The room was delightful and elegant; morning breakfast a true delight with lovely a lovely greeting and deliciously prepared food with healthy options — and treats alike!

The room’s location is excellent, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The decor materials are high-end. The only issue is during breakfast—you need to be cautious as they mix included breakfast items with paid ones. If you’re not careful, you might order a paid item by mistake. They don’t explain this upfront. We complained, and we heard five other tourists from the US also complaining about unfair charges. Even though breakfast was included, who would know a large fruit platter costs extra while a small one doesn’t? When we raised this with the front desk, a slightly overweight young woman had a very poor attitude.

It was an amazing experience, super friendly staff i can't find the right word to express my feelings about the place definitely i will come again. ❤️ not forgotten to mention the amazing location right in the middle and so close to all the attractions.

The room facilities and hygiene are all good; the staff's service attitude is very good, polite and thoughtful, and they even offer free drinks; the new hotel's facilities are indeed more fashionable and novel, with a sense of technology and modernity, so I used voice to avoid typing. The result is comfortable and pleasant ; The air-conditioning in the hotel lobby is very sufficient and powerful, making it cool and comfortable to travel in the summer of Italy🇮🇹 in August; the breakfast is OK; the location is very good, very close to shopping malls and business districts, and many major attractions are within walking distance. The safety factor is high; a pleasant stay experience, worthy of being a new five-star hotel with high ratings. For your reference only.
