My room was just not cleaned well, the secretary was nice and polite, and said they can ask someone to come and clean it again, but I was only staying for one night so I gave up. I did regret it the day after.
There was a bunch of hair on the floor, on the sofa was a piece of nail clip, and in the evening, the shower room got full of ants… the shower tiles also have a lot of black mold marks. I understand that it’s an old building, but they really need to do better to keep it running if they’re asking for this price… not worth the money you pay.

It would be a gem in a charming city... but unfortunately it's horribly neglected. We stayed 3 nights... from the moment we arrived until we left, we didn't see anyone; I only had contact on wotzap. I found the bed dirty, the hairdryer didn't work, they asked me to change rooms... the same one was full of dust... never changed the towels in 4 days... everything was very dirty, especially the shower, which has mold on the tiles. I asked for a kettle... thank goodness I looked at it before using it... beds that are peeling... dilapidated furniture... one star?... that takes courage too!

It's a small, characteristic hotel in the university district, 400 metres from the station. The room was small but sufficient for 3 people. Of course, a few more hangers wouldn't have hurt, but otherwise everything was there... even coffee capsules in the morning.

Stayed for four days with a friend, we got there late but having notified the staff they told us how, the room was ok , unfortunately it can be quite a bit far from the center so it can take 30 minutes walking, at check out the staff was nice and i was allowed to leave my bags and pick them up later so i didnt have to carry them around

Good experience. Make sure you have access to your email because that's how you get check in info which includes the code to the door to go up the stairs to check in. Travel light!

A little confusing about how and where to check in (it's predominantly a self check in hotel) and everything is done via WhatsApp. However, once you get through the right details, the room is very nice, spacious and easy to get into via a code at the front door. The places in Venice suffer from ongoing mold and damp so I understand how hard it is to maintain buildings here. There was some black mold ok the shower hose but everything else was fine. I didn't use the fridge or hairdryer. The aircon worked well and the wooden shutters did a good job at quieting the noise from outside. The location is excellent. Bed was comfortable enough. I enjoyed my stay and the unique characteristics of Venice.

The Hotel is okay, bathroom was renovated and clean. We did not see any staff during our stay. Towels are not changed. Also when windows are closed, you can hear everything. Location is also really good

Absolutely worse experience in Venice. There is broken literally everything. Lock in the front door, glass, sink. In the bathroom is mold EVERYWHERE, plus near the entrance door of the room is automatic light, that goes on if you turn in your bed or if for example neighbors are closing their door.
Totally no-go!!!
Ps. There is no stuff regularly in the hotel, if you need anything after 19:00 - you have to make an emergency call or wait. And bon of our requests was responded positively.

Very nice and clean. They were willing to accommodate all requests. Only problem we faced was the fact that no staff we met during our stay spoke english, but we managed.

So expensive for being a hostel, besides, there is no even elevator to carry big luggage, also uncomfortable and there is no safety box, dirty and there is no people in the front desk sometimes even during the day. I expected more for such a price. P.S: bad service.
