Cozy hotel, small room, everything was clean, the only downside was good soundproofing, great location, close to the train station and vaporetto stops

Location was near train station, shops, restaurants. Walking to san Marco square took about 30 minutes but easy walk. Hotel staff were all kind and helpful. Clean facility. Would stay here again.

I really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. Before my arrival, I received an email in which the hotel reminded me of the latest check-in time. This email is pretty helpful. Besides, the room is quiet and clean.

I don’t mean this is a bad hotel but obviously this is not up to the standard upon the description in the website and this Hotel Guerrini is hardly said a comfortable accommodation. The smell of damp and rotten is surely not pleasant. For the price is a bit high for this style.

The room size is not very large, but the entire hotel is newly renovated and very clean and tidy. We arrived very late at night. The service staff was very patient and the service was very good. Their double room has two beds pushed together because we were There were two people living there, and the service staff took the initiative to divide us into two beds the next day. Although there were not many kinds of breakfast, it only cost 10 euros per person. The quality was pretty good. It was very close to the train station and the floor was not high, so it was very convenient.

Friendly and helpful staff. Minor miscommunication (depending on the person you talk to). Breakfast is good and wifi reliable. Also an overall good location. The bathroom for my room was shared, but it was not a problem, since it is cleaned every day. Bad security concept: when leaving you have to leave your keys, but when picking them up again you just say your room number. So basically anyone who knows if a room is taken can walk in and request a key. I told them and I hope they will change that Other than that, I recommend it to a budget traveler!

I was here for a week. It is in the main island and walkable distance from the main water bus ports and quite close from all attractions. Rooms are bit small. Toilets are clean with fresh towels provided every day. There are no lifts. Breakfast is served. The staffs are friendly.

Room was very small however both the bedroom and bathroom were clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked great. The staff were friendly and helped me when I asked for assistance in regards to the wifi not connecting and when I was searching for a local restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was basic with coffee, cereal, pastries, ham and cheese which I thought was fairly good. It is in a great location right near the main tourist strip in the "ghetto" and also the train station. My only complaints are the wifi being sometimes slow and the windows in my room were so high up they didn't really offer much light or outside view. I would stay again.
