Amazing hotel! Located literally 5 minutes from the train station. All the sights are within walking distance.
Breakfast was 10/10 – varied, delicious, and lots of fruit.
The hotel gave us a complimentary welcome drink.
The room itself was new, clean, and spacious. Comfortable mattress and pillows. I'd happily return and recommend it to my friends.

Near to station, but washrooms weren't hygienic, hallway was dusty, rooms were very small, no fresh air or sunlight, hence not at all appealing.

Good and economic place to stay in Venice. Of course you don’t stay in the hotel room for the entire day hence the view from the window doesn’t really matter.. very close from the place where the bus drops you from the airport. The person at the help desk was very helpful. He gave us the map of Venice and told about the routes of waterbus (the local transport in Venice of course on water) and how we can cover the famous tourist attractions. The waterbus-stops are also very nearby from this place. Most importantly, the train station is right there like almost 500 m from the hotel. Overall superb location, good service.

P.S. Shampoo and soap is provided by the hotel but not dental kit. So carry your own toothbrush and toothpaste.

Situated 20 meters from a Grand Canal.
6-10 minutes walk from a bus station. 5 minutes from a railway station. Have a vapareto near. 24h reception. Nice and clean room. Little bit noisy from a street.

Service was very good, as the reception and breakfast was nice and helpful. The location was also extremely convenient, for it was right next to a boat station and the main train station. The room was rather dingy, with the floor being a hard and seemingly dirty polyester, but overall it was spacious and comfortable.

Would have given 5 stars for everything including location, welcoming staff, good food... but major problem was that wi-fi was working ONLY on ground floor lounge area and NOT in any of the rooms... and thats a norm in the hotel.

+ The front desk staff was friendly, the best part of the stay.
- Room 46 shower is so small I could not turn around. Beds are as hard as a plank of wood. No internet or tea / coffee in the room. The breakfast staff are rude, the room was full and I asked to have breakfast in the outside seating area and was told NO, wait. I waited 30 mins and they then closed the breakfast saying finished. Useless.

Beautiful view. Excellent service. The food was delicious. Make a reservation in advance and take proof of it with you because when we arrived, the host told me I didn't have a reservation. The restaurant on the first floor has a different menu. Also, if you are not a hotel guest, the restaurant charges you an extra fee, which I believe is very unfair.

Great for taking pictures, food was mediocre at best, simple pasta with tomato sauce took 1 hour, the sauce was dripped into the pan out of a plastic bag (not fresh), steak was served cold and raw even tho we ordered well done, pasta with seafood (mussels and shrimp) was a bit salty. Very expensive and did not fulfill our expectations.

Waiter did not make us aware we could purchase wines by the bottle, even after asking, as he assumed we were there for the bar even though we had a dinner reservation and had food post drinks.
Food was severely sub-par for Venice, especially considering the price.
Great place for a sunset drink however; such a shame.

You have to buy drinks or food in order to enjoy the roof top views even a hotel guest. If guests could bring their own drinks to relax and enjoy the views it would be a different story. The hotel promotes this as part of their hotel, but it comes with a catch, you have to pay for the overpriced drinks or food to stay up there. We were better off having drinks from a near by kiosk and enjoying drinks on the canal. Plus we were able to have 4 drinks for the price of 1 than what the roof top bar was charging.
