I was bitten by bedbugs, and when I checked the bed, I found bedbugs everywhere. Also, even though I had paid the fee when I made the reservation, they were overbearing and charged me twice as if it was my mistake. The location is good, but I was disappointed in every aspect, including customer service and hygiene.

The location is good, close to the North Railway Station, and there are supermarkets nearby for convenient shopping. However, one leg of the bed was broken, and it collapsed several times while I slept. I told the hotel, and they said they would fix it the next day, but they never did. All the power outlets and the showerhead in the bathroom were broken, and the door lock was difficult to open. The owner clearly hasn't managed the business properly.

I stayed here in January and there was no hot water and no heating, so it was incredibly cold. The room also felt a bit damp, and the facilities were very old. I'd really recommend avoiding this place. I stayed for two nights in a row and couldn't even take a shower. The duvet was so thin at night that I was freezing and couldn't sleep.

+ Everything was very acceptable. The price/quality/location ratio is very good. We knew we weren't going to a 5-star hotel, so we were prepared for basic conditions, with a toilet and shower outside the room. Venice is beautiful!

It’s worst experience staying here being winter they don’t have hot water service which was stopped but mentioning it was not working only the same day we couldn’t even freshup properly because of the weather the water was freezing cold.

No hot water. Air con was not working. Plenty of mosquitoes. No elevator, the lady at the counter helped carrying luggages to the third floor though. Only good thing there is location, close to the train station.

Central location, clean. The staircase is difficult for people who carry big luggage, but the manager did help me.
