Lovely continental breakfast. We got an Uber to the airport. The Uber pick up point was at Plaza Roma. The only way to get there was to cross th bridge with our heavy luggages, However luckily we booked a porter from the hotel. It costs 5 euros each bag. Service was amazing thank you.

From the Doge suite, the Grand canal can not be seen from bed, couch or chairs. The only way to see the Grand canal is to stand by the windows since all the windows start at chest height, which for me was very disappointing. The AC works very well and is very quiet.

Surprisingly, we were able to take a free private boat to Murano Island, and even had an instructor accompany us to tour the Venetian glass workshop and the attached glass shop (which is more like a museum). The staff and the location are excellent and I would stay there again. The only thing extra that would be nice is tea / coffee facilities in the room or access to the breakfast room just for tea / coffee in the evening after a full day out. The location and the staff are superb, and they can provide a breakfast box if you have to leave earlier which was excellent.

The location is excellent, close to St. Mark's Square. The hotel staff were very friendly and I had a great time. The breakfast area was clean, with a wide variety of food and delicious taste. One thing that bothered me was that the hotel facilities were very old, and due to the time of year, I saw flies flying around a few times.

The facilities in the hotel were excellent, and the rooms were much more fancy than we expected. It was in a nice location in Cannareggio close to the main street but still with a local vibe. The service of the staff was also excellent.

If you walk from the train station or bus station, it will be tiring to drag your luggage. The hotel service and breakfast are also good, and the coffee in the breakfast is very nice. The room is small and the bathing area is very small. It is also convenient to walk to other attractions.

The staff were excellent helping us check in. We were early and they stored our luggage safe and secure until check-in time. Staff are friendly and responsive to assist. The location is decent; it's very close to the shuttle boat to the main island, about a five-minute walk. The hotel has an elevator, but there's no lobby, so you need to send your identity information online. However, you can pay the island admission fee online by credit card.

It's close to Piazza Roma! They're used to tourists, so they're happy to answer any questions you may have. Venice has narrow streets and a cramped atmosphere, but here there's a garden and the nearby walking paths are wide, so you can relax.

The room is a little small, but the decoration is good. However, there are long stairs on the way to our room, which is very inconvenient for girls like us with large suitcases. There are also many stairs on the way from the train station to the hotel. Travelers with large luggage are advised to consider carefully.

The hotel was decent and centrally located, making it easy to get around. However, it would’ve been nice to have an espresso machine available. Venetian tour! This was a last minute booking as part of a tour of Venice. This hotel was very welcoming. Coffee making facilities made it more comfortable.
