I stayed here for one night without meals for the Yuming Naeba concert.
I had read the reviews so I was prepared, but it wasn't that bad.
It was only about a 15-minute walk to the Prince Hotel on a snowstormy night, and I was able to take a bath until 1am after the concert! The bathtub was clean and the water was always running.
The gas stove in the room was also warm.
I read in reviews that there was free bread for breakfast, but there wasn't. However, there was free coffee which was delicious.

However, the walls of my room seemed thin, so I could hear everything from next door, and I couldn't sleep because I was bothered by the coughing from the neighboring room in the middle of the night...
Also, it seemed like the duvet cover hadn't been changed, so there was long hair on it which was disappointing...
Also, there was only a toothbrush and a bath towel, and I would have liked a yukata and hand towel as well.

Poor value for money.
The price is the same as a regular hotel, but the facilities and food are essentially like a guesthouse.

1. Traditional guesthouse, good quality and inexpensive.

Simple hotel with basic facilities but we have to wait a long time for breakfast and dinner, and rush eating before the restaurant close.
