The hotel is conveniently located near the JR station. It's not large, but it's well-equipped, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Even without speaking Japanese or English, communication wasn't an issue. The cleanliness is also very good. It's a great base for getting around, with attractions within walking distance. Plus, the nearby supermarket has discounts on sashimi and set meals after 6 PM, which is a fantastic deal.

The hotel is super close to the JR station, making it really convenient for getting around. The front desk staff also spoke English, so check-in was smooth. However, I was on the second floor, and the window was sealed shut, so I couldn't see anything outside at all.

Pretty good, very clean, and a newly opened hotel. The service was very warm and welcoming. We received a welcome snack of cookies upon check-in. There's a cozy fireplace in the lobby, perfect for warming up. The curry at breakfast was delicious!

This is a wonderfully cozy hotel with an overall atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and attentive, leaving an excellent first impression.
The hotel has its own station and offers a shuttle service to the ski resort, making transportation very convenient. Even if you miss the shuttle, it's only about a 10-minute walk from the station to the hotel, which isn't too much of a hassle.
Inside the room, they thoughtfully provide a guide to local attractions and information about nearby restaurants. This is a significant plus for guests staying longer and wanting to explore the area in depth.

This hotel made our Karuizawa vacation truly enjoyable. The free tea and snack area on the first floor was a lovely touch, perfect for catching up with friends and sharing travel stories in a relaxed setting. The breakfast offered by the hotel was simple yet delicious.

The renovation is quite new, but having to leave the key at the front desk every time I go out is a bit inconvenient.
