I was solo traveling and don’t speak Japanese, but the staff was amazing and made everything easy for me! The dinner and breakfast were very good too and I enjoyed the private bath as well. I would definitely stay here again!

It was a very pleasant inn. The view from the entrance was great, and although I had a room facing the mountains, I could see the view from the entrance whenever I wanted. I also enjoyed the night view from the entrance while eating ice cream after taking a bath in the hot spring. The food was also very good, and I was satisfied with both the appearance and the taste.

Definitely book the set meal that includes breakfast and dinner!! You'll be stuffed, with everything from sashimi to hot pot. The dinner drinks are also reasonably priced. I'll definitely come back 🥹 The morning bath is completely empty, a private bath experience. The hotel can arrange pick-up and drop-off at Beppu Station, which is very convenient.

A truly perfect experience, highly recommended!

Extremely high value for money!!! The dinner selection was so extensive, we couldn't possibly finish it all.

The service was also excellent!

The private onsen (hot spring bath) was a bit small, with each session lasting 50 minutes. Reservations weren't possible, but you could simply tell the front desk if you wanted to go and it would be available anytime.

The large public bath was also great, with an open-air onsen.

We booked an ocean-view room, which offered direct views of Beppu Bay's sunrise and sunset.

In short, a hot spring inn I would definitely want to return to!

Absolutely fantastic! The breakfast was incredibly delicious. The environment was beautiful. The rooms were spacious. The service was excellent. I would definitely come again.

Away from the hustle and bustle, the food is of average quality, with a particularly good breakfast. The service is good, and you can use the private bath for free. There aren't many rooms.

Stayed in a clean Western style room which had twin beds. Dinner and breakfast were nicely presented and delicious. Both the public and private onsens were nice. Good value for money.

The service is very good, the food is delicious, and the environment is beautiful. The hotel can arrange a special car pick-up, which is very convenient.
