The room was very dusty. The mattress was uneven, because no one sleeps on the side against the window; it should be turned to ensure it's used evenly. The onsen water was too hot. The changing room in the onsen is very small and half of the lockers are without keys or unusable.

This particular hotel is right across from the tram station, which is very convenient for guests heading to Tateyama Kurobe early in the morning, as breakfast starts at 6:30 AM. This reception staff offers poor service. I paid for 2 adults and 1 kid and there was only 2 pillows in the bedroom, I asked for the 3rd one and I was told it’s not available.
