Chubu region, Nagoya, 3-18-30 Marunouchi, Naka-ku 🧭 Map
The room was very dusty. The mattress was uneven, because no one sleeps on the side against the window; it should be turned to ensure it's used evenly. The onsen water was too hot. The changing room in the onsen is very small and half of the lockers are without keys or unusable.
Small little business hotel, if you are couple of good friends then you can adjust else take 2 seperate rooms.
After 3 days they change and clean mattress and room
Public bath, spa, big tv, all towels, shaving kit almost everything provided
Stayed in the hotel for a few nights. As is to be expected, the rooms are tiny. Tiny, meaning there is just the bed; a small table; not really enough room to move between the table and the bed; and a toilet. There are also only a few elevators (and no stairs), so it might take some time to get down if you happen to have a room in the upper floors and lots of people are using the elevators - especially...
Good location for a stay in Nagoya, but the hotel parking lot charging 2,000 yen per night, which is a little bit expensive. The public bath is simple, but the price is reasonable charging 8,740 yen. Free VOD with free movies.

the staff is so helpful and polite. If you can't understand japanese they have English speaking staff so you dont have to be afraid. its near hisaya odori park and has a Starbucks across the street.
Fairly up to date rooms, clean and safe. Breakfast buffet observe social distancing guidelines. Plenty of hand sanitizer throughout the hotel.
Spa is frequented by noisy people most of the evening and not very comfortable.
Large TV at the foot of the bed.

Chubu region, Nagoya, 4-15-23 Sakae, Naka-ku 🧭 Map
Excellent service during my stay! My luggage didn't make it on my flight, but the front desk staff not only helped me communicate with the airport quickly but also proactively considered my pregnancy and assigned a room close to the elevator, which was incredibly convenient. Plus, I received daily reminders for complimentary snacks. My experience far exceeded my expectations.
Though small, the room had everything we needed and was spotless. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful. The hotel offers a full range of facilities and is super convenient for nearby attractions and shopping malls. Highly recommend!
The hotel is conveniently located about 4 minutes walk from exit 13 of Sakae subway station making it an excellent choice for those looking to explore Nagoya. The hotel's staff were accommodating to our requests of having both single rooms side by side with each other. Overall, for the price paid, it is certainly value for money.
⭐ The elevator is hidden behind automatic doors inside the building, which can be a bit inconvenient for new guests checking in, especially since there are only downward escalators, making it hard to get to the second floor.
⭐ This hotel doesn't provide bottled water (you can buy it at Lawson downstairs).
I actually saw a lot of negative reviews on Xiaohongshu and booked this place with some trepidation...
The room I got this time had a very loud humming noise, either from the air conditioning or the ventilation system, that went off every so often and really disrupted my sleep. The room wasn't huge but it was sufficient, and the hygiene was good. The shower had great water temperature and pressure. The service attitude was also excellent.
Not far from Sakae, so transportation and shopping are incredibly convenient. Japanese hotel service is generally excellent. We stayed three nights in Nagoya, but one of those nights was extremely expensive and there were no rooms available, so we left our luggage here for a day and stayed at another hotel temporarily. On the third day, coming back here felt just like coming home. Other than being...

Although the basic amenities were available, the Wi-Fi was not working, which was extremely inconvenient. In addition, the internet itself was difficult to connect, and even making reservations using a barcode was sometimes difficult.
We balanced out the good and bad points and gave it an average rating. We stayed here for two nights and three days from August 25th, with six people from three generations. We had stayed here three or four times for skiing about 30 years ago, but this was our first time in the summer. Since it's a long-established hotel, we expected some wear and tear. The food was average, but it's best to think...
I stayed at this hotel on a ski trip. I was attracted by the hotel's location right in front of the ski resort and the hotel's exterior. The slopes were right in front of me, and the nighttime lighting was beautiful. The hotel's interior is unique these days, with an open atrium in the front lobby. The ski resort is huge, but the hotel itself is also spacious, and I got a little lost. The corridors...
The hotel's age is unavoidable. There are too few elevators. Ski boots are prohibited, but there are hardly any chairs near the entrance where you would change. The layout of the dinner and breakfast buffets is a bit puzzling. There are a few other issues, but for a normal ski lodge at this price, I think it's perfectly OK and you don't have high expectations. The number of rude Chinese tourists who...
This is a truly beautiful ski resort, perfect for families. It offers all-inclusive accommodations and activities, saving you the hassle of traveling back and forth. It's a must-visit every year. The room type I booked was perfect, and the hot springs were so relaxing. The service was also excellent.
Very close to the ski resort, clean and suitable for family travel

Overall, the room was great, especially the breakfast. They had a wide variety of options, both Western and Chinese, including drinks, fruits, yogurt, and dried nuts/fruits. My only minor complaints are that I couldn't figure out how to turn off the bathroom fan, which ran all night, and I didn't get the sea view I requested in my booking notes, though the city view was still nice. The hotel is very...
The hotel is quite close to the airport, about an 8-10 minute walk. There's also a shuttle service that runs every 20 minutes to the airport. The room was relatively clean, and the bed was on the softer side, which was comfortable. The bathroom's ventilation system is very strong; it gets quite cold after a shower, but clothes dry overnight. They provided two bottles of water, but there was no humidifier...
Facilities: Very new
Cleanliness: Spotless
Environment: Our room faced the ocean, perfect for watching the sunrise in the morning.
Service: The front desk lady was incredibly nice. She signed me up for a Marriott membership and even gave me a cup of instant noodles. I accidentally left my phone at the front desk, and she chased me all the way to the 11th floor to return it to me!

Fantastic hotel! The breakfast spread was great, and the coffee was superb. The room had a huge, very comfortable bed. I highly recommend it. The view from the window was lovely, and it was quiet with excellent soundproofing. Seriously, it's many times better than Toyota Castle, and the price is incredibly reasonable!
Great stay! 5-8 mins walk to the airport. Nice modern rooms.
The breakfast view was nice, a sea view, but the cleanliness was a bit lacking.

Convenient hotel, about 5 minutes walk from the Shinkansen station, 3 minutes to the Dentetsu Toyama station and right in front of the tram stop. 24 hours reception with efficient service. Room while small, was clean and comfortable. Plenty of eating places around the hotel.
Very good service, near the JR and train stations, quite a lot of restaurants nearby
I've stayed at this hotel chain a few times in other locations. This particular hotel is right across from the tram station, which is very convenient for guests heading to Tateyama Kurobe early in the morning, as breakfast starts at 6:30 AM. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and they have all the necessary amenities. This time, we booked single rooms, which felt more convenient and comfortable
The location is fantastic, super close to Toyama Station. I was heading to Shonan Beauty Clinic, and it was just a few minutes' walk – absolutely perfect! The breakfast was pretty average, but the natural yeast bread felt very reassuring.
Across the road from Toyama Station, just a one-minute walk. Very convenient for dining and transportation.
We chose this hotel because of its closest location to the station, which made us very happy. The view from the hotel room was directly onto the station. I assume that the rooms on the opposite side of the hotel overlook the Japanese Alps. We had breakfast at the hotel, which was very nutritious. Everything in the hotel is typical for all Toyoko Inn hotels branch all over Japan.

I stayed here with my daughter. The location is super convenient, really close to Nagoya Station, and there's a Matsuya and a convenience store right downstairs. The only downsides were the small room and small bed, but for the price, it was excellent value for money!
Best size, best view and best design. Although this hotel have aged a little but you cannot feel it.
Very near station, easy to find, for one night stay, it is very good enough
Very close to Nagoya Station. The room is well-equipped, and the bathtub and shower are separate. The breakfast is delicious.
The room was neat and clean, and the floor-to-ceiling window offered a great view. It was a bit small, but perfectly fine for a solo traveler. The facilities were comprehensive, and the bathroom was spacious enough. The location was super convenient, right in front of Nagoya Station, with a Lawson convenience store downstairs and the Katsuo Izakaya across the street.
I I came to stay here for the second time, and I feel this hotel has a perfect location. It's near JR Station, within walking distance to the subway line and bus station. Strategic location but razor need to pay to get it for guest. Free massage is good. Too crowded bath. No ladies ammenities given.
Fantastic! This is a really great hotel. It's clean, hygienic, and offers excellent value for money. Please keep up the good work!
The service is really impressive. I am very touched by their hospitality. The location is also great, just next to JR station. Shopping is easy. A 10 to 15 mins walk will bring you to don quijote. Bus terminal is also near. If need to go pia bandai, but with elderly, can consider taxi there. Only about 1000 to 1400 yen.
Within 5 mn walking from Niigata station (Bandai exit). Japan style compact room but comfortable and quiet. Great breakfast.
Location -
Very good. Opposite Niigata Station, exit from Bandai Square. There is a Lawson opposite (Station side), and a 7 eleven next to the hotel. Located right along an entire street of food. Don Quijote is a 7 min walk away.
Room -
Huge, clean, comfortable. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Lighting was a bit rigid and oddly placed, but not a big deal. Housekeeping does a great job....
It is very close to JR Niigata station. The staff handled check-in with hospitality. The facilities were maintained well with neatness and cleanliness. Although I booked the smallest room, the room still has enough space for opening the luggage fully.

Always been a big fan of the Dormy Inn chain, guaranteed a nice onsen and delicious supper and breakfast. Checking in and out is a breeze. This hotel is located steps away from the JR station as well as bus terminal, very easy to hop on a bus to tour the city. Highly recommended.
Right across from Kanazawa Station, this hotel is super convenient with Aeon Mall nearby. Getting around is a breeze, and there are tons of places to eat at the station. I loved that the hotel has a public bath and a warm bowl of ramen at night really hit the spot. It's just a shame I didn't get to see any snow!
Great location and great value for money, quality onsen amenities! Will definitely recommend to friends.
Very conveniently located near the train station. Excellent value for money. Loved the onsen and variety of amenities like the complimentary snack and yonaki soba. Breakfast was good for the price.

It was good luck to get cheap one room during Japanese Grand Prix
The room was clean and comfortable.
I used the hotel because it included breakfast, but it got very crowded after 8am, and a child from a foreign family started coughing right before the meal, so we were unable to eat in that area. Our tables were also close to the people next to us, so we couldn't relax. It would have been nice if they had come up with some other measures, such as limiting the number...
It's quite close to Shin'eicho Station on the Higashiyama Line. The only difference from other Toyoko hotels is that they don't offer free hot coffee upon check-in. I've had free hot coffee at Toyoko hotels in Kagoshima and Osaka before.
I think this is a place that is not far from Sakae Station and offers good quality at a relatively low price.
I stayed here to attend a live concert. It was conveniently located near the station and within walking distance of the venue.
Breakfast is good and located on the first floor. It's about a 10-minute walk to the bustling area. Nearby, there's a shuttle bus to the international airport. To get to Nagoya Castle, you need to take the subway, which is about a 40-minute walk.

I stayed here for two nights during the Kanazawa Marathon. Breakfast and hot springs were included. It was close to the station, the room was well-cleaned, and I was able to relax. The hot spring was also spacious enough. I would definitely stay here again.
I think it's a good business hotel in a regional city. It's close to the station, has basic facilities, and the breakfast is satisfactory. There are no particular drawbacks at this price range, so I would definitely stay again.
Great location, helpful staff, satisfying breakfast, and especially the 14th-floor bathhouse, which was a great relief.
The room was a bit small, but the beds were a bit smaller than single beds, which made it more comfortable.

Friendly staff who were very nice and helpful. Location is close to good restaurants and less than 10mins from Fushimi or sakae station. Great water pressure and heat, and amenities plentiful from the lobby. One minor thing to note is there's no air-conditioning, it's just heating (not sure if it changes in summer) but we had a window so could open cool the room when it was warmer.
Great location, very close to the subway. The hotel service is also good, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The streets are very clean, which makes everything convenient. Nagoya is a beautiful city with both mountains and the sea. Highly recommended!
The room was really small, but it had everything one could need. The front desk staff was also very friendly. Right outside, to the left and right, there are restaurants, beauty stores, souvenir shops, and more – super convenient and easy to get around!

There's a FamilyMart convenience store at the corner and plenty of dining options nearby. It's also close to Rong

The room was clean and comfy. Staff were really nice and friendly. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast as well, like homecooked food, very comforting. And I love that they provided a warming eye mask free of charge everyday! It came with the towels. Excellent service!
It is nearby Nagoya station. walking about 8 minit from Nagoya JR station.
The location is quite convenient. However, the single and double rooms are the same size, which makes them feel too cramped. The breakfast is decent, but it gets incredibly crowded, with queues extending all the way to the elevators. The environment is chaotic and the management needs to improve to avoid such long lines.
Great location, just in front of Nagoya station. There is a new underground tunnel L4 exit that can be easily reached. Very useful during rainy days. Sound insulation is something that can be improved. Noisy sounds during night time. The coffee machine at hotel lobby is the best place for me.
Room price includes breakfast, while the options are limited, the taste and quality is good. Love the curry and it's soft scrambled egg. Me and my friend enjoyed staying here. It is a nice hotel in a good location. I recommend staying at this hotel
I know APA hotels aren't that fancy. There was still just a bit of grime in the hotel room. Especially the shower and bathtub in the room. Worth it for the price though. Especially considering it has an onsen too. Sadly I had no time to check out the bath facilities.

Very close to Nagoya main train station and bus station, just spends few minutes from station to hotel. There are many restaurants nearby, also a 24 hours open market mall. There are not many items in breakfast, however, the restaurant is clean, good staff, the food is good.
