The overall environment was clean and the hotel's location was good, but it's a very self-service establishment. Room cleaning only happens every three days, so there's really no service to speak of. The air conditioning is central, so you can't adjust the temperature to your liking, and the windows don't open, which made it feel a bit uncomfortable.

Wonderful hotel to stay in Hamamatsu!

It is a 5-6 minute walk from the north exit of Hamamatsu Station. There are restaurants and convenience stores in the surrounding area, making it very convenient. Breakfast is served buffet style with a rich menu.

Not pleasant room for quietness My room was in front of the elevator. Behind the room, there was heat pumps of the next building.

Hammastu Toyoko-Inn Older Hotel, still well maintained. Close to the Shinkensen line, with half the distance via underground. Exit 4C North. Room was comfortable AC/Heater was great, water reassure fantastic and I love the older tubs.

The room is clean and well arranged. Their services including breakfast are also great. The close proximity to the Hamamatsu station makes it a great choice for travelers and tourists.

The next day was my return trip, so I stayed at a hotel in the city. I used to only use Toyoko Inn, but recently I’ve been staying at Route Inn a lot. The service at most of the branches is very good, the condition is good, and the breakfast is pretty good. The Niigata Nishi Interbranch where I stayed this time was the same.

We had a lovely two days stay in this hotel and on the first morning of our stay, I told my partner that I love this hotel. I had stayed at different hotels all over Japan and so far this is the best for me. The staffs are all hundred percent kind and helpful. Comfort Hotel has always been one of my top choices when I travel. It offers great value for money, delicious breakfast, and excellent service. It's also very close to the station, and the dumplings and eel rice nearby are absolutely delicious.

The room rate of over 400 yuan is quite good. My wife and I stayed here this time, and she was very satisfied. The lobby has a variety of drinks available, which is great. Fresh nice hotel at a convenient location.

The room is very smelly with cigarettes smell even though I've sprayed the air fresher many times. The hotel seems a bit old, and I felt the bathtub is smaller compared to others which around the same range. The lobby is nice but the room seems the opposite. Amenities wise they provided a lot of choices at the lobby and you can just choose yourself.
