I used this during my trip to Yamanashi. The room overlooked the lake, which was very convenient. After soaking in the hot springs, they served water and draft beer. The food was delicious! It's about a 10-minute walk away. There's a convenience store and a liquor store nearby. The coronavirus prevention measures are also meticulously thought out. It was an unforgettable stay! Thank you so much!

This was our second times here,we love the hotel location so much. But we thought that the dinner was a bit disappointing for this trip. I love the September 2025 dinner more than this latest staying .

Facilities: I stayed here in 2018, and this time around, it feels pretty much the same, very well-maintained. Dinner: There's a wide variety of food, more than you can possibly eat. The only downside is that the sukiyaki beef has been replaced with pork, which isn't as good. Everything else is fine though.

The views were definitely worth it, and the value for money was pretty good. There weren't many facilities, just a single ping-pong table, so evenings were a bit dull. Dinner and breakfast offered good value. A convenience store was missing. The 10 AM check-out was too early and felt rushed.

I managed to book a hot spring room that someone else had canceled. It's essential to leave your booking info on their official website; they'll send you an email alert when a room becomes available. I upgraded from a regular 3200 JPY Japanese-style room to a hot spring room for only 700 JPY more (including tax) within a week – the experience was completely different! On top of that, I got to see Mount Fuji on a clear, cloudless day the next morning. My luck was definitely in! 👍👍👍

Beautiful view of Mt. Fuji from the room. Excellent service throughout; front desk, in room dining, and staffs at restaurant during breakfast. Great onsens including the private one we booked for the family!

The views were absolutely incredible! Mount Fuji was completely unobstructed, and the hotel even has a private beach, which was perfect for watching the sunrise every morning. The weather was fantastic during our stay, with 10/10 visibility every single day.
