This hotel was absolutely wonderful! First off, the location is unbeatable – super close to Sapporo JR Station, which made it incredibly convenient for meeting up with day tours, heading to the airport, or taking the JR to Otaru

Good location. Bathroom is small. TV has Youtube. Elevators are always overloaded during checkout time. We've been waiting for 5 rounds still no chance to get in then given up and use staircase instead.

Although they stated cleaning would be done every three to four days, the staff actually came daily to empty the trash, make the bed, and replenish toiletries, which was incredibly convenient

When you exit JR, don't take the North Exit!!! The East Exit is the closest. You'll see a 7-Eleven right away, and then just keep going straight. It should only take about 3 minutes in total

This hotel room offers a clean and suitable environment for one person. Located near Sapporo Station, it provides easy access to New Chitose Airport and the subway system

Plus, there were complimentary mini packets of hand cream in the lobby, which was a lifesaver for hands that get chapped and dry in the cold weather

Convenient location and very spacious rooms for Japn standards. Rooms are clean and comfortable and offer a great nights rest. Overall recommend for a stay in Sapporo city!

Lobby located on the first floor and it looks like a budget hotel reception and lobby. I thought Mercure is an international chain so I expect better. Room size is pretty small but still acceptable

Hotel doesn't give much amenities like other Japan hotels that I used to stay. They just provide shower caps, razor and comb. There is no lotion, skincare products, toothbrush (need to pay) and etc

This hotel is perfectly situated right on the street in Susukino's entertainment district. There are three supermarkets and a ton of restaurants nearby. The service is excellent, and the breakfast is delicious

There’s an Airport Bus stop right at the hotel for easy transfers to/from CTS Airport. It's located directly in front of Odori Park, which was amazing during the Snow Festival—I could just stroll out and enjoy the event

I have a reaaly good time at this hotel. i came to sappiro for calebrate my aniversary. the staff prepare some thing very sweet. the room and bed are more than enough for 3 person. Everyday they give us new towel

No daily housekeeping provided but they'd leave a bag of towel, new PJ set and stuffs hanging on your door in the morning. Early check-in would cost 1000¥ per hour till the official 3【pm check-in time

Instead of taking bus to the airport we chose to walk along the underground path all the way to Sapporo station which makes it easy for us in the winter. Everything’s prefect and wonderful

The room was spacious and well-maintained, and the amenities provided were good. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the city, making it easy to get around

I opt to leave my luggage in their storage rm, after I checked in around 4:30p, my bags already in my rm. Professional and polite staffs in general

The bed was comfortable and clean. There was convenient store with many restaurant and shops on the opposite site of hotel. We recommend this for those who want to stay near the JR station

The hotel just 300m walk from Sapporo station, very convenient. The hotel is very clean and new. The staff was very kind and helpful. We stay in Twin room, 25m2 size, suitable for 2people

At lobby there are coffee/cocoa machine and microwave to use for free, and 1 glass of wine/sake per person is free per stay. TV is on the table side next to bed

The breakfast spread was especially remarkable — lots of variety, consistently well-stocked, and presented neatly even towards the end of breakfast hours

Room was really nice and clean, nice location too near sapporo station, only con i can think of is toiletries were not that plenty

Big hotel with child care facilties. Water slide pool, kids meals, thus lots of kids around all the time. Run by the cake/confectionery chain store Chateraise.

The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the desserts and ice cream were the same delicious Chateraise products you'd buy in their stores – I ate so much! I'd love to visit again in the summer when the outdoor pool is open

If you're afraid of heights, the elevator might be scary. I'll post a photo, even though it's not very photogenic

When I checked in, I received Chateraise Baumkuchen. The hospitality felt truly luxurious, like a proper hotel experience. The spa was spacious, and the open-air bath in the snow was absolutely amazing

Two of the water slides were closed, so it seems they're only open every day on weekends this month. Even without them, we were able to play in the pool until 9:00 PM and then relax in the hot springs

Overall is great. The room is a little old though. Location is not too bad but the parking at the hotel is very limited and the other parking is like a block away.

Some of the staff are not so friendly perhaps of tourist fatigue? The exception was a lad serving at the entrance helping guest with their lugguages and transport. I hope the management notice his service

Book a twin room and barely have enough space for two 28 inch lugguages. The breakfast was touted as one of the best in Sapporo with posters within the hotel and lifts. In reality, nothing close to it

Just off shoot between Tanikikoji 5 and 6 chome. Opposite the hotel is the pick up point for Airport shuttle bus to New Chitose Airport. The hotel itself is pretty old and the room is small

Excellent service! It's an older, established hotel. They escorted me all the way to the elevator, and the airport shuttle stop is right outside.

The actual sashimi selection looks unappealing. The salmon role is closer to light brown than the usual orange red colour

Jozankei Manseikaku has so much delicious food! The scenery is beautiful too! It's super convenient, only about a 30-40 minute drive to Sapporo Art Park and Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort respectively.

The hotel have free shuttle bus for hotel guest. It was book via hotel web site. The view of the room was great and beautiful

Booking the bus from Sapporo to Jozankei was convenient, and we saw many Japanese seniors staying there. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a good variety of fruits and vegetables, and everything was pretty tasty

It was also very convenient for my trip to Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort

The breakfast buffet is a must-try; it's incredibly diverse, with a seafood rice bowl (kaisendon) available every day. It's absolutely amazing value for money, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo!

The location is super convenient, just 110 meters from Hosui-Susukino Station, making it easy to get anywhere

I'm especially grateful to the round-faced Japanese gentleman in the restaurant who provided very timely help when my child had a nosebleed during breakfast. That definitely added to my positive impression of this hotel

There are tons of restaurants nearby, making it extremely convenient for getting around. For Japan, the rooms are spacious, clean, tidy, and even offer a park view. The heating is good and doesn't dry out the air

Water dispenser is not available in lobby and not at every floor, you must go certain floor to fill up water and only cold water is available (no hot water)

I stayed here for the first day and the last three days of my Hokkaido trip. The room was quite spacious, and the location was very convenient for transportation

I find the downside is you can only shower inside bathtub which is inconvenient to small kids and elderly, and you cant eat and drink in hotel lobby so cabt chill in lobby with families, and there is no Type C charger so you must use travel adapter

It’s only after I reached my room, did I realised that I was not asked for the car plate number nor provide me information on the parking, so I’ve to make a call to the front desk and was told to bring my parking coupon to them the next morning…

Excellent stay in Sapporo with great service. The staff speak fluent English and were very helpful. The room was very clean and well arranged

For the location, you can walk through the hotel’s path to Nagajimakoen Station Exit 1—it’s not as far as Google Maps suggests, and there’s also an elevator nearby, which is super convenient

The staff were friendly and attentive. There were also complimentary desserts and drinks for the room type that we booked. The furnishing is dated but it was still a comfortable stay

The Hotel location is very best located in the Park and very delicious breakfast and very near to the train station

Nice hotel with a super convenient location! It's just a 3-minute walk to Tanukikoji, and there's a convenience store right downstairs. All the crab, lamb, and yakitori restaurants are also within a 3-minute walk.

Hosuisusukino station is less than 5min walk away but not that there is no escalator at the nearest station exit so please find the nearest exit w escalator if you have luggages

Stayed at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Susukino— super convenient location, clean rooms, and everything you need. Not fancy, but really comfortable for exploring Sapporo.

The room was quite spacious for Japan, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of Chinese and Western options. Enjoying breakfast while watching the snow outside was a wonderful experience

The hotel room isn't huge, but it's spacious enough to open two suitcases, and the layout is decent. The bathroom has a bathtub and a toilet, which is fine

Central location, some walking distance needed for station or attraction. Overrated breakfast, the fresh seafood provided just 3 or 4 type with everyday the same, I really regret to book it 3 days

This hotel is a must-stay when visiting Hokkaido! It's well-equipped with a fantastic public bath, and after a soak, you can enjoy free ice cream or a variety of complimentary drinks downstairs

The breakfast was incredibly rich and featured all the famous Hokkaido specialties like soup curry, seafood rice bowls, pork rice bowls, Genghis Khan BBQ, and more.

Breakfast is the highlight with a wide variety, especially fresh seafood and local Hokkaido dishes—very impressive

The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the subway station and Tanukikoji shopping street. The airport bus stop is also nearby, which is a huge plus! 👍

Breakfast is fantastic but make sure you show up a little early if you plan on having the buffet - I waited about 10 mins and the spread and quality was worth it. Didn't try the set menu on 19F so can't comment there

Wow! Absolutely loved the accessibility, and how easy it was to get from there to the malls, the station, or even avoid a few of the road crossings if you're walking further away than the underground stretches

Building is a bit old, as you can see rome wear and tear here and there. Despite that, very clean and orderly. Amenities (soap, shampoo, razor, skin care) are good. Bed, pillows and blanket very clean and comfortable

The hotel is a bit old, but the staff on 2/F is excellent. It must be a top notch hotel when it opened 50 years ago with the cool revolving restaurant at the top. A big positive surprise for us is the Japanese breakfast

We had the choices of set meal, sashimi rice, and beef rice, which we chose the set meal which was great. Superior value for a room at this price point. The Japanese restaurant also looks like a great place for dinner

We also opened our door to let some cooler air from the hallway in. We just don't know how to make it any cooler in here. Other than that, our stay here has been lovely, and the buffet restaurant is really wonderful

The hotel has a paid parking lot, which is convenient. The front desk service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the bread. The French pastries were also fantastic! 👍

The accommodation is not far from the train station, and the garden view is absolutely beautiful and very impressive. The room is very spacious and extremely clean. The staff are very kind and friendly

There's also a convenience store nearby, which was really handy for grabbing snacks and water

From the accommodation, it’s easy to walk to the tourist areas, and even Sapporo is not far on foot. Transportation is very convenient, the view is great, and there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby

All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is located right next to the famous Nakajima Park, and the snowy scenery there was absolutely beautiful

Overall the hotel is great just the service is a bit slow and the hotel staff dint even bother to help us to carry the luggage back to the room even they saw us 2 ppl carrying 4 luggage and panting… when we arrive lobby

Fantastic location, a mere 5min walk to the start of the shopping street and food was abundant. Rooms were nicely appointed. And service was, as expected of Japanese standards, good. Will definitely stay again.

The only downside is if u took the limousine bus from airport, you have to drag ur luggage all the way to the hotel … it is nightmare if is winter time where the road is piled up with snow

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance from Nakajima-koen Station. The hotel might be a bit old; when we first entered the room, there was a slight odor, including in the bathroom

Hotel JAL is situated just 200m away from the subway station and it was a joy to stay due to staffs’ friendliness, great breakfast and facilities like onsen and great bedrooms.

The breakfast is very good. The location is convenient, close to the main road and public transportation. Hotel services are very good. Onsen is perfect. I love this hotel .

However, after we reported the issue, the staff immediately came to check and helped us switch to a new room. Their handling of the situation was very good and proactive

The room is super clean. The bathroom has everything you need, they even have moisturiser. Very delicious breakfast. And It is just about 5 mins on foot away from the closest station.

No complaints, it was great! Even with my terrible sense of direction, I could find it right out of the subway. Just a heads-up, the public bath doesn't allow tattoos.

I'm not sure how anyone could give this hotel less than 5 starts. That's so hard to find in Japan other than at my own house. The bed was a bit firm but that's typical here

In the current "environmental friendly / sustainability" (= no longer so service orientated mode for travellers) drive in hotels around, I really value the daily thorough and neat room cleaning service

The location to the subway is a 3 minutes walk and if you are here for the snow festival, the main part starts at that same area. It's an easy walk to the tower. I would definitely stay here again

It is located near Susukino, so it is easily accessible and offers good value for money. The only downside is that there is no smoking room in the hotel, so you have to walk quite a bit.

A little far from susukino station, but hosuisusukino station is okay to go to Sapporo Station. Lawson has connect to hotel that's very convenient. Hotel prepared toothbrush and sleeping cloth for you that's very good.

You must find your own spot in the surrounding area, and the 'recommended' nearby parking costs a steep 2,400 Yen per night. Despite the cleanliness, the lack of space and facilities made for an uncomfortable stay

We are very satisfied and comfortable stay 6nights at this hotel；It's nearby jr station, convenient shop & restaurants, we will choose stay here again next time because reasonable price and provided coffee/tea bag/facial cleanser/toner/cream/etc

Hotel looks brand new, dimmer for bed room lights and bathroom lights were nice touches. It's a walk from sapporo station but all underground so in winter or rain it is not a big deal

If you were taking the Chuo bus to Niseko the stop at Sapporo Grand Hotel is nearest and just a stone throw away. Also a short 15 mins walk to Odori station

Room size holds a double but the shower and amenities are good quality. There's a bath on the 18th floor which warms you right up when the nights drop way below zero in winter.

The hotel's location is really convenient. I stayed here for 2 nights straight, then went to Asahikawa, and came back to Sapporo and stayed here again. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Sapporo.

It's so dirty in the elevator, the carpet and the button. I think maybe there would be someone clean it later but it's still dirty in my whole stay there

The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from Sapporo JR Station, and there are three convenience stores within 100 meters, making its location quite good. The room size is decent, and the facilities are relatively new

We got a room on the cross floor, that comes with living room, meal counter and separate bath and toilet. That also gives us access to the lounge with very remarkable drinks and light bites
