The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance from Nakajima-koen Station. The hotel might be a bit old; when we first entered the room, there was a slight odor, including in the bathroom. However, after we reported the issue, the staff immediately came to check and helped us switch to a new room. Their handling of the situation was very good and proactive. The hotel also has a large public bath on the second floor, with indoor pools and a massage pool available. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The location is excellent, very close to Nakajima Park, which was great for taking the kids to play in the snow. Plus, the hotel offers snow sleds for guests to borrow. It's less than a minute's walk to 7-Eleven and Lawson, and only a 3-minute walk to the airport bus stop. The facilities are decent, but there's no laundry room. There's a public bath, which is better than nothing. The hygiene is pretty standard for a Japanese hotel, but the old water stains on the bathroom door could definitely use a good cleaning. Finally, about the price – because I booked quite early and there have been fewer Chinese tourists coming to Japan in the last two months, hotel prices have been dropping. Booking early actually cost me a fair bit. I rebooked once in January and saved over 1000, but then on the day of check-in, I randomly checked the price again, and it was another 600 cheaper. Oh well, live and learn.

Do NOT choose the 'random room type' option on Trip.com; it's a huge trap! There are no photos of this room type online, which makes sense because it's clearly inferior. The room layout is completely different from all other room types and it's tiny. The bed is right against the window (whereas other room types have a sofa by the window, not the bed directly against it). On top of that, people are out on the terrace shoveling snow every day, and they can look right into the room! There's absolutely no privacy or security. Plus, the room is right next to the elevator, a terrible and noisy location! The cleaning service was also subpar; they didn't take away the bathrobes from the previous day, and instead left two more, so we had four bathrobes in one room – what a ridiculous mistake! This is the first time I've ever written a review after using Trip.com for so many years, and it's a terrible one. Bad, bad, bad.

The hotel's location is pretty good, only about 500 meters walk to Susukino. However, in winter, with all the snow and ice, it was a bit tough to drag my luggage from the subway. Also, the hotel breakfast was just so-so; no fried eggs or milk, mainly traditional Japanese style.

Everything else was great, but what I'm really unhappy about is that I paid an average of 10,620 JPY more per day than others, and we stayed for 6 consecutive days. However, once the booking was made, they couldn't do any price matching, and the hotel didn't even proactively offer it. I'm very disappointed by this.

This is an excellent international hotel. The breakfast spread is extensive with many choices.
It's conveniently located near the subway station at Nakajima Park and also close to the bus stop for New Chitose Airport.
Being so close to Nakajima Park was a huge plus, my kids absolutely loved playing in the snow there.
We even met a lovely lady from Taiwan in the hotel elevator who kindly told us the hotel offers sleds for kids to borrow and use at the park. The kids were thrilled with the sleds!

Facilities: The room isn't huge, but it's well-maintained and clean.
Location: It's a short walk from Nakajima-koen subway station, with a Lawson and 7-Eleven nearby, which is quite convenient. The hotel offers great value for money.
Breakfast: The breakfast is good and offers a decent variety. The service attitude is also nice.
Amenities: The hotel also has a hot spring, though it's not very big.

Room is standard for Japanese standards. The highlight is definitely the breakfast though - with sashimi (salmon and tuna) over rice and a range of Japanese dishes to choose from.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport shuttle bus stop, with a handy convenience store nearby. It was very clean and seemed popular with local Japanese tour groups. While there's a large public bath, it tended to get crowded. There are no laundry facilities.
